Continuity mistake: At the end of E23 Jack and Mrs Palmer crash their SUV. It shows the right front hubcap fly off. At the beginning of E24, when Jack tries to start the car, it is back on.
Day 7: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM - S7-E2
Factual error: Tony Almeida takes control of 2 planes to create a near miss. In reality all aircraft use a commonly available AM voice radio and pilots can hear each other's radio communications. It would be straightforward to contact the planes and warn them.
Day 2: 8:00 A.M.-9:00 A.M. - S2-E1
Continuity mistake: We see Kim having breakfast near the start. In one shot she has her fork in her hand. In the next she has a glass of juice. (00:11:45)
11:00 P.M.-12:00 Midnight - S1-E24
Audio problem: The coast guard confirms no body was found and that they cover 50 miles of coastline. As he says about the distance his mouth isn't moving. (00:27:15)

Visible crew/equipment: When the Drazens hug and turn the TV off, the camera crew is reflected in the TV. (00:27:40)
Continuity mistake: After the tracker has been killed, we see Jack holding his handcuffs. Camera changes and his hand is not holding the cuffs any more. (00:40:20)
Continuity mistake: At the start David is giving a speech about winning the primary. There is one point during a split screen where he grabs his microphone. However in the immediate next shot his hands are on the podium. (00:04:10)
Continuity mistake: When Kim hands the phone number to the cop, he takes it in his right hand. As he turns to walk away, its disappeared. (00:23:15)
Continuity mistake: We see Jack and Nina on the escalator and the people ahead of them get off at the top, camera changes to a shot from the top of the escalator and we see the previous 2 people getting off again. (00:21:00)
Continuity mistake: We see a black car driving down the street after the end of the scene between the two Palmers. In this shot you can see the passenger in the back of the car (Andre) is not on the phone. Camera changes to inside and Andre is on the phone. (00:15:50)
Other mistake: When David is talking to his son on the balcony he asks if he (Keith) could live with everything being about him. This is during a split screen where you can see David's head in both shots. In one shot his head moves to the side, but in the other shot that is supposedly at the same time, his head doesn't move. Continuity mistake: When Tony and Mason are having words about things being personal, there is one point where Mason approaches Tony and Tony's arms go from on his hips to down by his side instantly. (00:13:10)
Visible crew/equipment: Mason asks about forensic reports from the safe house. When he does, a camera is seen behind him. (00:03:25)
Continuity mistake: We see Teri asleep with her head leaning back. Camera changes and now her head is leaning forward. (00:38:30)
Continuity mistake: As Elizabeth turns round to stab Drazen, he already has a blood mark on his shirt before being stabbed. (00:35:00)
Continuity mistake: Tanya chucks her number and 10 bucks down on the table. These items then proceed to change place without being touched. (00:07:50)
Revealing mistake: When Teri is driving from the hitman, she drives down the dirt covered side of the road. There are tire tracks visible in the dirt from previous takes. (00:31:40)
Visible crew/equipment: When we see the safe house from in the tree after the guard has been killed you can see the camera shadow on all the branches. It can't be a normal branch shadow we see as the shadow's edge is perfectly straight. (00:18:15)
