Dead Things - S6-E13

Revealing mistake: In "Dead Things," after Buffy and Spike sleep together, when Spike asks, "Are we having a conversation?" and Buffy says, "What? No?" There is a side shot of her. If you look closely at her back (pausing helps), you can just barely see Buffy's skin colored tube top. Trust me, it's there. The time code is 1:22.

Into The Woods - S5-E10

Wild At Heart - S4-E6

Revealing mistake: In the scene when Oz stops the female wolf from attacking Willow, and they both change and Oz tears her neck out, if you look closely, you can see the actor's real skin at the neck.

The Zeppo - S3-E13

Visible crew/equipment: While Buffy, Giles, and the gang are in the library fighting the demon that came out of the Hellmouth, the camera zooms toward the door that leads into the hall, where you can see Xander being chased by the dead guys. As the camera zooms in closer towards the round window in the door, you can see its reflection in the glass when the strobe light flashes.

Restless - S4-E22

Continuity mistake: In Willow's dream when she's painting symbols of Tara, in the shot where she draws the last symbol, she hasn't finished the line, but in the next shot, she had finished that line.

Revelations - S3-E7

Deliberate mistake: In the fighting scene, the glove of Myhnegon is used by the new watcher who directs it toward the ceiling of Angel's living quarters where there is a huge skylight. The skylight is not seen in any other episode and its presence would have burned him on other occasions.

Season 7 generally

Character mistake: Giles picks up the potential slayer Chao-Ahn from Shanghai in Episode 7.12, "Potential". However, when she arrives in Sunnydale (Episode 7.14, "First Date"), the language she speaks is neither Mandarin nor Shanghainese (the two main languages spoken in Shanghai), but Cantonese, which is not widely spoken there.

Quotes

Spike: You listen to me. [Kneels in front of her.] I've been alive a bit longer than you, and dead a lot longer than that. I've seen things you couldn't imagine, and done things I prefer you didn't. I don't exactly have a reputation for being a thinker. I follow my blood, which doesn't exactly rush in the direction of my brain. So I make a lot of mistakes, a lot of wrong bloody calls. A hundred plus years, and there's only one thing I've ever been sure of: you. [Buffy looks away; he reaches toward her face.] Hey, look at me. I'm not asking you for anything. When I say, "I love you, " it's not because I want you or because I can't have you. It has nothing to do with me. I love what you are, what you do, how you try. I've seen your kindness and your strength. I've seen the best and the worst of you. And I understand with perfect clarity exactly what you are. You're a hell of a woman. You're the one, Buffy.
Buffy: [Quietly.] I don't wanna be the one.
