Continuity mistake: In the post-game handshake between Tsubasa and Genzo, the latter is wearing his gloves at the beginning, then, still with the hand in Tsubasa's, the hand is bare. (00:20:55)
Continuity mistake: The ball at the end of the game bounces on the post and stays on the field...except in the new shot it does not and goes out of bounds shaving the post. (00:18:40)
Continuity mistake: A shocked Wakabayashi is down on a knee after a second goal. The grey haired sweeper is the third from the right at first, but from Genzo's coach's POV he's the second from the right. (00:14:30)
Continuity mistake: Teppei Kisugi is blocked in his offensive spell by two Nankatsu players who change between shot and reverse; their hairstyles differ in the shot from the back compared to the two from the front. (00:07:20)
Continuity mistake: A rare sight, the Nankatsu keeper actually parries something. When he does that he ends up on the ground, and his face is clean. He gets up, and his face is muddy. (00:18:30)
Continuity mistake: When Sanae waves at Tsubasa to cheer for him after Roberto's comedy bit with Ryo (telling him he wished he got injured earlier) the kid to her left has red hair instead of its proper dark color. (00:14:20)
Continuity mistake: When he vows to show the true Shuutetsu soccer to the opposing team, Genzo is wearing again the gloves he didn't have on the bench. (00:10:30)
Continuity mistake: The patches on Sanae's flag change position when she decides to wave it when she nearly throws herself down from the railing. (00:03:45)
Continuity mistake: When Ishizaki is helping Tsubasa to get the ball back, there's a reaction shot on Urabe. His only recognizable teammate is the hat guy, but his hat had the initials "OONN" in the previous episodes, and now the hat says "DONN." You can see the difference in this episode too when Ishizaki has a flashback of their match against Nishigaoka, the hat guy is the keeper. (00:17:00 - 00:18:25)
Continuity mistake: On his way to goal, Tsubasa realises that the Shuutetsu Trio is chasing him. That is already a pretty big comeback, but Teppei Kisugi tackles him coming from the front, even. (00:20:45)
Continuity mistake: Genzo parried Tsubasa's shot. When he waves to his teammates saying it's their chance, he is barehanded instead of wearing his keeper gloves. (00:05:30)
Continuity mistake: When Genzo tells Shingo Takasugi to let Tsubasa shoot, Takasugi's hair changes color in the next shot, from his grey-ish shade to pitch black. (00:04:55)
Continuity mistake: When Tsubasa advances from kick-off, we see beaver-toothed Taki and another nondescript player running towards him, but in the next shot the one he is dribbling is Mamoru Izawa. (00:04:10)
Continuity mistake: After conceding, Nankatsu moves forward on a kick-off. Tsubasa, Ryo Ishizaki and another nondescript player are the ones advancing, but the generic guy is quickly replaced by Okawa. (00:03:45)
Continuity mistake: Sanae's patchwork flag has its patches positioned differently since the previous episode. The red one is the closest to the pole instead of being in the bottom further corner. (00:03:25)
Blocked Off - S1-E6
Other mistake: In the last shot of the team cheering for Mr. Oozora's promise of a meaty treat, the 11 members of the team are all wearing the same jersey and shorts, including the keeper. (00:18:55)
Blocked Off - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: Genzo is beaten by Tsubasa's corner kick, but the post denies him. The reaction shot on Sanae shows her with a flag that is much smaller than the one she was holding in the other shots. Same when that same angle is shown again, like after the goal. (00:16:40 - 00:21:50)
Blocked Off - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: When the Shuutetsu team are doubting themselves, the players look towards Genzo. During his close-up when he ponders "It's not only because of Tsubasa that we aren't scoring", his logo is missing from the cap. (00:10:30)
Blocked Off - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: When Tsubasa once more denies Kisugi the chance to shoot to goal, his tackle (which would have been a foul anyway) sweeps off his left leg or his right leg depending on the shot. (00:07:30)
Blocked Off - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: When Taro Misaki is telling the Hitlerian groundskeeper that he'll go watch the game for a bit despite his gloomy outlook, his shoes are blue, but they are yellow/brown in the rest of the episode. (00:04:30)
