Revealing mistake: Jaime throws a rock at the UFO. At first, it spins midair like a normal rock, but in the next shot, it turns into a motionless, oversized object that has lost perspective. To top it off, it somehow manages to curve around the UFO. (00:45:40)
Revealing mistake: When the alien blasts its gun and puts Max to sleep, it is the previous shot of Max waking up, just sped up in reverse. (00:33:25)

Revealing mistake: When Jaime's stunt double lands next to Dr. Philip Jennings, she appears more than a head taller than him. In the following shot with the real Jaime, she is only slightly taller.

Revealing mistake: When Jaime enters the elevator, the doors close, but once it begins to freefall, the left edge of the set is exposed with no walls. There's also a visible gap in the corner behind her where light shines through, plus the left wall suddenly appears crumpled for no reason, revealing it's made of thin material or whatever happened in previous takes.

Revealing mistake: When Jaime throws the gurney at the goons, the blonde guy is suddenly replaced by a stunt double wearing a blatantly fake, unconvincing grey wig.

Revealing mistake: The bad guys knock out the night watchman and drag him across the floor. Moments later, his foot and body are moving upward as if the actor stood up and walked away.
Revealing mistake: When the fake photographer is discovered, the balding actor is replaced with a stunt double with longer and darker hair.
Revealing mistake: When the jeep emerges from the water, the scene is sped up, as Petie is also moving unnaturally fast.
