It is the code to enter the prison in the episode "The Traveler". It is code in "Six Degrees of Freedom" during the shuttle mission briefing. It is the code to enter the secret chamber behind the door at the prison Ginnifer Goodwin is held during "Point of Origin". And in the "Blue Scorpion" episode, it is part of the serial number 1015 59 on The Blue Scorpion gun Chris O Dowd is reading off the the gun store clerk on the phone.
Trivia: Chris O'Dowd walks into a gun shop. Playing on a black and white TV in the top left corner is the original Twilight episode "A Most Unusual Camera". It has parallels with The Blue Scorpion since the camera was also an inanimate object that made people do things. (00:21:00)

Both of these couples are on vehicles (space shuttle versus ocean liner) unbeknownst to them that are headed toward tragedy.
