At this moment, Jaden is standing 90° perpendicular to Alexis and Bob. But in the next shot, when Alexis advances on Jaden, he is suddenly facing her directly. Alexis is also suddenly facing Jaden directly in this shot, even though she was facing Bob in the shot prior. (00:04:22)
Continuity mistake: When Bob takes the Obelisk 30 card off Jaden, Jaden's hands are raised. In the next shot, they are suddenly lowered. (00:03:20)
Audio problem: After Alice has explained that she transferred to Duel Academy, Syrus starts saying "What do you mean, you transferred? The only way into this school is to pass...", before getting interrupted by Hassleberry. Syrus was drinking a cup of tea whilst saying this, but he had no problem speaking. (00:03:02)

Continuity mistake: When Aster asks Sarina "Hold on. So I may be the one Sartorius needs after all", his and Jaden's arms are lowered. When the shot cuts, their forearms are suddenly raised. (00:04:46)
Continuity mistake: When the Society of Light students throw Jaden onto the grass, his left arm is bent at different angles between shots. (00:02:56)
Continuity mistake: When it cuts to Thunder on the rooftop, he is shown lying on the glass ceiling, away from the edge. When the shot changes angles, his head is suddenly over the edge of the glass frame. (00:01:00)

Continuity mistake: When Jaden, Syrus, Hassleberry and Bastion are standing on the dock after Crowler and Bonaparte leave, Syrus raises a guidebook, which he is holding with one hand. When the shot cuts, he is holding the guidebook with both hands. (00:02:58)
Other mistake: When Chazz summons Armed Dragon LV3 in attack mode, the Life Point display is shown to display the monster's attack points, rather than the Attack Point display that is usually shown. (00:06:55)
Homecoming Duel: Part 2 - S2-E16
Other mistake: Jaden tells Aster that Elemental Hero Flare Neos gains 400 attack points for every spell and trap card on the field, and since there are 4 spells and traps out, then Flare Neos gains 1600 attack points. The attack points of Flare Neos then go from 2500 up to 4200. This is 1700 points, not 1600. (00:15:40)
Homecoming Duel: Part 2 - S2-E16
Continuity mistake: When Bonaparte yells at Aster, Jaden tells him to chill out. At this moment, Bonaparte is looking straight forward at Aster. In the next shot, he is suddenly looking toward the left at Jaden. (00:07:48)
Continuity mistake: When Wheeler hands Jaden the bucket of water after choking on the bananas, there are a few other bananas on the ground, positioned next to Wheeler's left foot. When Jaden hands back the bucket of water, the bananas are now positioned in between Wheeler's left and right feet. Then when the shot cuts again, the bananas are now positioned next to Wheeler's left foot. (00:20:07)
Continuity mistake: After the chef's identity has been revealed and everyone wonders who he is, Bastion says, "He looks familiar" and places his hand on the side of his head. When the shot cuts, his hand is over his eye. (00:09:22)
Other mistake: When the images in Jaden's cards begin to reappear, one of the cards in his hand is Fusion Sage. Later, when he uses Neo-Spacian Aqua Dolphin's effect, he is discarding Fusion Sage from his hand to the graveyard. That same turn, he uses Aqua Dolphin's effect again, and to do so, he discards another card from his hand. However, Fusion Sage is getting discarded even though it was already discarded earlier that turn and he didn't have any other Fusion Sage cards in his hand. (00:16:48 - 00:17:22)
Continuity mistake: When Jaden thinks he is in Dolphin Heaven, Neo-Spacian Aqua Dolphin says "No, but not a bad guess" and raises his right hand out of the water. When the shot cuts, his right hand is suddenly back in the water again. (00:06:30)
Continuity mistake: When Jaden first meets Neo-Spacian Aqua Dolphin, in the shot of Jaden saying he's in Dolphin Heaven, only Aqua Dolphin's head is visible above the water. In the next shot, his shoulders are suddenly above the water as well. (00:06:27)
Continuity mistake: When Atticus draws the Ultimate Stage Costume from his deck, he says "Dress rehearsal's over, sissy" and extends his right arm. When the shot cuts, his right arm is suddenly lowered slightly. (00:14:40)
Continuity mistake: At the end of Atticus' first turn, he extends his right hand so that he can lay a face-down card in his duel disk. When the shot cuts, his right hand is at his side. (00:08:05)
Other mistake: When Syrus looks at Jaden's cards, in the close-up shot, Elemental Hero Sparkman is shaded orange. Since Sparkman does not have any effects, it should be shaded yellow, not orange. (00:00:32)
Other mistake: When Syrus visits Jaden in the hospital wing, Chazz hands him Jaden's deck, telling him he can't see his cards. Decks are usually said to have 40 cards, but when Syrus spreads the deck of cards apart, there only appear to be about seven cards in his hand, and nowhere near the full deck of cards that was just handed to him.
