Sad But Truesdale - S2-E4

Continuity mistake: When Jaden throws the Power Bond card back to Syrus after he is promoted to Ra Yellow, in the shot of Jaden taking the card out of his pocket, the card is upside down. He then throws the card and it remains in the upside down position when it is thrown. When Syrus catches it, the card is right-side up. (00:18:58)

Continuity mistake: When Aster draws the "bad card" from his deck, the card is at an upright angle. The next shot, when Jaden tells him he might want to work on that poker face, the card never changes position. When it cuts back to Aster, the card is suddenly held at a rotated angle. (00:11:14)

Back to Duel - S2-E1

Continuity mistake: On Jaden's first turn, there are five cards in his left hand. In the close-up shot, Elemental Hero Sparkman is the fifth card on the right-hand side. Jaden then picks up the third card from the middle, which is then revealed to be Sparkman, even though it was on the end of the row in the previous shot. (00:05:09)

Blinded by the Light: Part 1 - S2-E35

Continuity mistake: When Jaden finds the Ojama cards whilst they are being held by two crabs, he places his fingers on the Ojama Yellow card. At first, his fingers are placed toward the middle of the card, but when the shot cuts, his fingers are toward the left hand side of the card. (00:11:05)

A Greater Porpoise - S2-E10

Revealing mistake: While Syrus and Hassleberry are calling for Jaden, there is a shot of a cliffside, that then pans upward to reveal the back side of the Slifer Red dorm. The windows on the left side of the dorm appear to have been drawn wrong, as they are smaller than the windows on the right side, even though they are all supposed to be the same size. (00:00:03)

Continuity mistake: When Chazz is standing on the Slifer Red dorm roof and says Jaden didn't see the Society of Light, Syrus and Hassleberry can be seen standing on the ground at rotated angles. When the shot cuts to them, they appear to be side by side, and not rotated at all. (00:01:15)

Tough Love - S2-E43

Other mistake: When Zane and Aster are talking outside the Duel Academy building, in the shot of Aster saying "I'm just impressed that I beat you on live TV", Zane's deck can be seen inside the duel disk he is wearing. The top card doesn't appear to have the black-coloured oval shape that is usually shown on the cards. (00:02:40)

Mirror, Mirror: Part 1 - S2-E26

Continuity mistake: When Sarina is asking Aster why he thought Sartorius was the one who took him in all those years, Syrus and Hassleberry are standing in front of Jaden and Aster. Seconds later, when Sarina says they must face her in a duel, Syrus and Hassleberry have disappeared from in front of Jaden and Syrus. (00:04:50)

Continuity mistake: When Zane is speaking with his manager in the cafe, there are two sugar shakers on the table in front of them. The shaker in front of the manager is closer to the window than the one in front of Zane. A couple seconds later, the shaker is front of Zane is now closer to the window than the one in front of the manager. (00:03:28)
