Factual error: When Red goes to meet Zamani at the Lincoln memorial, he initially walks down the monument steps eastward, towards the reflecting pool in the direction of the Washington Monument and finds Zamani at the base of the steps. The map that is shown of his supposed location in front of the Lincoln Memorial when the FBI starts tracking him, isn't a map of the National Mall, nor the Lincoln Memorial. Later, when they are walking and he is "on the move, heading westbound", they are actually walking away from the Washington Monument, towards the Lincoln memorial, to the location where they had originally met (and discussed the Cherry Blossoms). Two seconds later, they are near 14th St, which is easily a 25 minute walk from the Lincoln Memorial. (00:33:25)
Continuity mistake: When Agent Keen attacks Craig in his hotel room he pushes her to a rectangular shaped mirror on the wall but when Red enters the hotel room they zoom in to the same mirror, which is now square.
Revealing mistake: When Tom Keen is on the phone at the end of the episode, he is holding the phone backwards with the screen away from his ear. (00:41:20)
Other mistake: Ivan, the Russian hacker, says the last thing he wants is a hellfire missile "up my zadnjica." "Zadnjica" is Serbian, not Russian (and means "buttock," which, while not completely wrong, doesn't quite work).
Bastien Moreau (No. 20) - S6-E11
Other mistake: Ressler says, "Moreau paid Kruger for access," but Kruger didn't know Moreau's name. In the next episode, the team is surprised to hear that Moreau is involved. (00:34:40)
Continuity mistake: The van which kidnaps agent Navabi first appears as a different car company; during the pursuit, it becomes a Mercedes Sprinter, and in the end, it becomes a Dodge van, all in the same pursuit. (00:12:30 - 00:13:30)
Chemical Mary (No. 143) - S8-E7
Factual error: French (and other nations) ATC rely on ground-based radar to track aircraft, not GPS from the cockpit of an aircraft. Meanwhile, whilst the aircraft that had been tampered with had compromised systems, the TCAS radar on the plane flying in the other direction would have alerted its pilots to take avoiding action.
Ogden Greeley (No. 40) - S8-E8
Factual error: During the scene in a London bar, the emergency exit sign is red (and not green as required by UK law). The signs adjacent to the toilets are unlike the ones regularly seen in the UK, as are the US style light switches and a 110v power outlet in the ladies' toilets.
Marvin Gerard (No. 80) - S3-E2
Revealing mistake: In the scene where Solomon kills the Russian convoy driver in the hospital, there is a black computer mouse pointer visible over the HR/min on the medical equipment display. (00:22:23)
Helen Maghi (No. 172) - S9-E16
Factual error: Harold tells Raymond he'll repay the bail money, but given he's pleading guilty and fully intends to go along with required court appearances, etc, the bail money paid will be refunded - it's not like Raymond is out-of-pocket.
Revealing mistake: Aram "hacks" an employee database via a company website - the code that's briefly visible on screen (slo-mo helps but isn't required) is just standard HTML that lays out a web page, not server commands.
Revealing mistake: In scene where Liz is telling captive ex-husband, Tom, that she will let him go after he helps her get Berlin, Tom gets up and you can see the chain on his leg is only held to the floor with a chain link that just screws closed.
Revealing mistake: When Elizabeth Keen removes the tape from Amalia's mouth after rescuing her, she briefly reveals the sticky side of the tape to the audience, showing another large swatch of tape attached to what should be the sticky side. This was done to prevent the actor's skin and provide easier removal.
Dr. Laken Perillos (No. 70) - S8-E10
Continuity mistake: At the start, Reddington and Dembe are talking to a garageman. He has a protective helmet on him. They zoom in and out of him, and show him from side and front. The strap on his helmet is different every time. One time it's over his ears, one time fully above it, and the next is sits low on his ear. All this within a short minute-long talk.
Factual error: Norfolk Naval Base is located on completely flat terrain and the areas around the base is devoid of trees in all directions for miles. The scene shows the ship with a tree-filled hillside across the water. Obviously the scene was not shot in Norfolk, VA. (00:32:08)
Mako Tanida - S1-E16
Continuity mistake: After Mako Tanida gets Agent Raim, the camera shows his pant leg with a visible tear in it exactly where Tanida later cuts it with his blade. (00:01:27 - 00:02:15)
Dr. James Covington (No. 89) - S2-E3
Factual error: The doctor at the start asks for 0.05 of lorazepam. This dose doesn't make sense - a normal dose might be somewhere from 0.5-4mg. (00:00:30)
Louis T. Steinhil (No. 27) - S7-E1
Factual error: In the beginning a woman is counting brown 200 Euro banknotes. 200 Euro notes are yellow.
Continuity mistake: When Emma and Jessica are waiting for the other two, Emma is looking at herself in the broken side mirror, and Jessica is leaning on the hood next to her when the van pulls in. In the next shot, with the van still pulling in, Emma and Jessica are now standing in front of the Cadillac.
Continuity mistake: The knife hole and blood on the envelope of the note to Scottie Hargrave changes. In the first close up, the name is aligned to the middle of the hole and there's a trail of blood running down towards the corner. In Scottie's hand, the hole/blood is higher up and the trail of blood is gone.
