The Blacklist

The Forecaster (No. 163) - S4-E10

Stupidity: Farnsworth tells Charnquist they've been compromised by a girl listening in on their phone calls and that Charnquist needs to take care of it. He is able to identify the girl, elude FBI, tries to burn his apartment down, is able to gains access to Maggie's apartment and knock out Aram in order to kidnap Maggie. He's a killer who works for someone who has arranged dozen of murders, and knows "take care of her" means kill her. There is absolutely no reason for Charnquist not to have just killed Maggie, Aram, and Fiona. He had opportunity and he ends up killing 3 cops in order to kidnap her and kidnapping Maggie would not have solved anything.

Mr. Gregory Devry (No. 95) - S3-E11

Stupidity: Ressler and Navabi arrive at Janet MacNamara's location, and while the receptionist checks where she is, Ressler thinks that's the perfect opportunity to ask Navabi if she's OK, given the whole sex/firing thing. He says, "You didn't say anything on the way over," so there was a bit of a drive when they could have spoken about this privately! Instead, he gets a weird look from the receptionist who's privy to this entire discussion. Cheaper than filming a conversation in the car, presumably.

Mako Tanida - S1-E16

Stupidity: After the attack on Ressler and Audrey, the thug shoots Audrey, partly just because he gets the opportunity, and to distract Ressler. Ressler then turns around and runs to Audrey; the goon shouts, "We gotta go," and they leave, despite having a clear shot at Ressler from behind, their prime target. What, he couldn't take a second to finish the job?

The Harem (No. 102) - S4-E11

Continuity mistake: Right at the beginning of the episode a Cadillac Escalade gets stolen. The car is the newest model. The chase begins and the car is a new model right up to a scene when they crash into some other cars. That part was filmed with older model Cadillac. The damage is quite severe, but the chase continues again with the new model that has only one bit of damage - a mirror that has come apart.

The Corsican (No. 20) - S6-E2

Question: When Ressler is trying to find the elusive Constantine, why don't they radio descriptions such as (grey hair, sunglasses, blue blazer)? As he tends to the victim shot at UN, why does he not simultaneously radio for perimeter search with description? In same episode, Keen states how much "good" Red does as if defending him to her "sister" yet she then says she is the one who turned him in? Not logical. And besides, was it ever proven that the sister is in fact Liz's sister via DNA etc.? Not very good FBI work.
