Character mistake: When Aram wears the CDC hazmat suit, the CDC personnel advises Aram that he has 20 minutes of air to keep him alive, making the mission time critical. What she says additionally is that "oxygen levels plummet and carbon monoxide (CO) levels rise" CO is not a byproduct of human respiration - carbon dioxide is.
Character mistake: Tom's toe tag says that he was 33 at the time of death. In the next episode, Ruin, his Tombstone says he lived from 1985 to 2017, making him 32 at the time of death. (00:41:55)

Continuity mistake: In the beginning of the episode, Reddington is in a Mercedes S-Class driven by Dembe. This specific car model is mainly used by Reddington in his travels. The car is a 2013 W222 Mercedes S-Class. The interior is also depictive of the specific model W222. Suddenly, he gets into a car accident where the Mercedes he is in is not a W222 but a W221, an older model from 2006 to 2013. (00:00:08 - 01:10:00)
Factual error: Norfolk Naval Base is located on completely flat terrain and the areas around the base is devoid of trees in all directions for miles. The scene shows the ship with a tree-filled hillside across the water. Obviously the scene was not shot in Norfolk, VA. (00:32:08)

Continuity mistake: When they are in the hospital, Elizabeth is talking to the young girl and she closes the door behind her. The next time the camera shows Elizabeth's face the room door is open behind her. (00:06:15)
Factual error: When Tom uses Lena's glove to trigger the fingerprint reader he failed to realise it would provide the mirror image of the print. (00:22:59)
Abraham Stern (No. 100) - S5-E11
Character mistake: Reddington says that the 1943 pennies he is hunting are special because they were made of bronze when all other pennies were made of copper. The 1943 pennies were actually the steel pennies from WWII as to save copper for the war efforts, there were some copper errors that year, but the majority were zinc and not copper.
The Travel Agency (No. 90) - S5-E6
Factual error: The scene in 1989 has a VHS/DVD recorder in the left bottom corner. (00:01:00)
