Continuity mistake: Gibbs gives his report to Vance, who opens the folder, and it's one page. Vance is then holding the folder open, and the camera changes to a second angle where you can't see the folder but can see Vance doesn't move his arm an inch. The camera changes to a third angle, and now the folder is closed. (00:18:20)
