Continuity mistake: In the first Andy and Lou sketch, when Andy sees the intro to 'The Price Is Right', there is a cup in front of him. However in the next shot Lou brings one over and it is the same one in the same position as in the first shot. Obviously the second shot was filmed first.
Continuity mistake: When Ryan is lighting Marissa's cigarette with his, at the start of the shot it's full, then the shot goes to Ryan and it's still full. But then the shot goes to Marissa and if you look at Ryan's cigarette you can see it is almost all gone. Then the shot goes to Ryan and the cigarette is full again. (00:09:00)

Factual error: When Dylan gets out of jail, a palm tree can be seen in the background behind him. This reveals that the scene was filmed in Los Angeles, not Philadelphia.

Continuity mistake: When Matt talks to the "fluffer", her lollipop disappears from her mouth in between shots. She then raises her arm and puts the lollipop back in her mouth. (00:20:35)
Continuity mistake: When Lindsay and Michael are talking about Maebe's grades, the test paper that Lindsay just put on the fridge door sits near a note about running out of milk. In the next shot, the items have moved and the test paper is now mostly covering the note.
Kobol's Last Gleaming (2) - S1-E15
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Starbuck attempts to retrieve Apollo's arrow, a crewman in a red tee shirt and dark vest can be seen standing just behind and to the right of the display case as she is shooting out the glass.
Chapter 14 - S2-E4
Continuity mistake: When Palpatine and the others exit the elevator, a rear shot of their group shows that one trooper holds his rifle, but the other is missing his rocket launcher. But when seen from the front again, this trooper has the very obvious launcher hanging from his shoulder, behind him. (00:40:00)

Revealing mistake: When Tony is telling Gibbs & Ducky that Abby got a hit on the dead sailor's fingerprints, Gibbs takes the file from Tony; the camera shows the file, which appears to be a legitimate profile sheet, but in the comments section, is the script that Tony just read aloud. (00:07:36)
Continuity mistake: When Starfire asks what is the Maximum 7, her, Robin, Raven, and Beast Boy are standing together looking at Cyborg in a wide shot. Raven is slightly behind Beast Boy but to his right, and her body is facing to her left. But then it cuts to a close shot from in front of the Titans and suddenly Raven is on Beast Boy's left and right beside him, with her body facing her right. (00:03:50)
Continuity mistake: When Rube's talking to the graffiti artist, he's painting what looks like a blue cat. We cut away, hear a brief paint spray, then cut back. There's now far more painted than that spray could have achieved, and what was there already has changed as well.
Continuity mistake: While Alan's sitting on the couch, Evelyn's talking to Alan "helping...through a very difficult time," and in the shots facing Alan all of the books on the table behind him, and also the books on the couch's side table keep changing - not just their position, all the books actually become different books. Additionally, in the shots facing Charlie, the books beside the chair and the books/CDs/DVDs on the bookcase change as well.
Continuity mistake: Lilo and Stitch catch Clip at the Birds of Paradise Hotel sign. Clip goes around behind the sign, and then Lilo and Stitch get on the front side of the sign and jump around to catch Clip. As they are walking away, suddenly Captain Gantu is hiding behind the front side of the sign crouched down and stands up once they leave. He just appears there, and as big as he is there's absolutely no way he snuck up and crouched behind the sign without being seen by the camera. He just materializes there. (00:03:35)

In this shot, his arms are down at his side, but then it cuts a close up and suddenly he has his hand lifted to his face looking at someone's I.D. (00:01:40)
Revealing mistake: When the protestors are standing on the college campus, some of the character designs are reused. For example, there are two bald men, as well as two blonde women who are identical but have different outfits. (00:00:18)
