Continuity mistake: While they are discussing the housekeeper's possible involvement in Herrero's disappearance, Max's arms jump from crossed to at her sides after a very quick cut to Logan, then back again a little later. (00:17:00)

Continuity mistake: When Max leaves Logan to tell Alina about her father, she is wearing long pants and a denim jacket. On the ride over, she's back in her typical Jam Pony wear: fleece jacket and short pants (probably stock footage). When she gets to Alina's she's back in denim. (00:24:45)

Continuity mistake: At the penthouse, the Predator lifts one of the Jamaicans on his wrist blades. Another Jamaican turns to see his friend dangling in the air with a claw sticking through his torso. In the next shot from the Predator's POV, the Jamaican is facing as before and still shooting at the wall like he didn't notice. After that, it shows the same man turning in an arc that should show the Predator, but it and the impaled man have disappeared entirely. (00:25:10)

Continuity mistake: As Harrigan is walking away from King Willie in the alley, Willie turns toward him to say, "Prepare yourself." His face is well-lit. In the next shot, Willie is facing away in the background and his head is entirely in shadow. He's turned and lit again for his next line. (00:47:00)

Continuity mistake: At the very end, as Harrigan says his last line, he lifts the pistol over his shoulder in his right hand. Cut to the helicopter taking off and both his hands are lowered, with the pistol in his left. (01:41:05)

Continuity mistake: At the penthouse, the Predator stabs a Jamaican with the spear and turns as another man steps out from behind a column. It switches to the Predator's POV and the man does the exact same thing again. (00:25:25)
Suggested correction: This isn't a mistake. This is simply showing both perspectives one after the other. It is quite common to see films do this. Another thing could be that the Predator is simply circling him, forcing him to continually turn.

Continuity mistake: In the shot where Mac finally runs out of minigun ammo, the barrels stop turning. However, the whirring continues and the barrels are still turning in later shots. He didn't let go and pull the trigger again because the whirring was continuous. (00:48:25)

Continuity mistake: The first time Anna tries to escape she is stopped by Poncho. He confronts Dillon and tells him to put her on a leash, then raises his gun. Cut to Anna and he raises the gun again. (00:37:30)

Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the episode, Logan hands Max a stack of Alina's photos including a filmstrip longer than the other photos. The strip switches from poking out the left side to poking out the right when Max says, "It's so depressing," then jumps from buried in the stack to the bottom position. (00:02:50)

Continuity mistake: Max briefly spots Walter on her way to pick up the file for Logan. For this one shot, he is much closer to the fence than in the previous or next. (00:10:30)

Continuity mistake: Original Cindy's strap constantly switches from running across her chest to running down her right side during her conversation with Herbal and Max in the alley, but her hands never leave her hips. (00:08:55)

Continuity mistake: Max is wearing a baseball cap when she is arrested, and is still wearing it when she is waiting to be processed at Langford. She isn't wearing it or carrying it while they take her picture, log her belongings, and lock her down. In the prison yard, however, she manifests it in her empty right hand to give it to Break.
