Dark Angel (2000)

Prodigy - S1-E7

Plot hole: Darius is fooled by Max's life size shadow walking on the projection screen into believing she is actually there. There must be a projector focused on the screen centered in the room to project on the flat surface without distortion, either in the small room behind Darius or hanging from the ceiling. If it was in the small room, Darius' shadow would appear on the screen as he was standing in the middle of the room, and Max's ruse wouldn't work because she would be behind Darius and projecting a much larger shadow. If the projector was on the ceiling, there is no way Max's shadow could walk so nonchalantly onscreen. - she'd have to be suspended just to show up on it. Either way, it would be impossible to create a life size shadow as shown here without standing between Darius and the screen. (00:37:15)

Dark Angel (2000)

Pilot (2) - S1-E2

Plot hole: In the hoverdrone footage, Peter goes down suddenly during the gunfight, apparently from a wound to either the head or torso. However, there is no wound or blood on him and even his bulletproof vest has no marks except for the normal studs. If he had been hit in an extremity he would not have limply collapsed instantly. Sonrisa's goons are using automatic weapons that should have no trouble hitting him many times from that range of only a few meters. (00:54:00)

Smallville (2001)

Crush - S1-E19

Plot hole: Justin's power is telekinesis, which he uses to attack the doctor at the beginning of the episode. He shows that he is targeting the doctor's hands by blacking them out on the drawing, but he has absolutely no way to see what is happening in the elevator to know the exact moment when to drop it and cut them off. Hothead - S1-E3

Plot hole: Why does the principal leave so calmly when Coach Walt starts a fire in his office? He doesn't even bother to call 911, he just walks out to his car and tries to drive away. (00:17:10)

Cool - S1-E5

Plot hole: Chloe writes her phone number on Sean's hand. It disappears when we see him struggling against the ice of the lake, then reappears in the scene where he is calling old girlfriends. And how exactly would pen ink survive several hours submerged in water and then another eight hours of normal activity without becoming blurred? (00:04:15 - 00:19:50)

The Big Empty (2003)

Plot hole: Just before Cowboy finally opens the bowling bag, the zipper is halfway up the right side. John was warned not to open the bag and was terrified by the potential consequences; he didn't open the bag at any point and certainly wouldn't have allowed it to remain partially open. (01:13:30)

Lost in Space (1998)

Plot hole: Considering that this family has been training for the mission for years and certainly have received some instruction in astrobiology, they are awfully carefree around the cute little alien. Any real space farer would be aware of the enormous potential problems with first contact, like incompatible biochemistry (aliens might exude deadly toxins from their skin, be eaten alive by human-exhaled oxygen, etc). They even feed it human food without analyzing the alien; again, this could kill it, make it chemically dependent, cause it to go into a mating cycle, etc. But it's cute alien, so naturally they don't worry about any of this.

Phoenix

Plot hole: When Seth's piledriver gives out during the climactic fight, there are many vampires in the background politely keeping their distance while he tries to restart it. Similarly, they ignore him while both his hands are occupied with Sex Machine's whip, even though vampires are running around behind him to no apparent goal. (01:31:35)
