Factual error: None of the vehicles in the logging camp, purportedly in the Canadian Rockies, have correct licence plates for either Alberta or British Columbia, the provinces the Rockies are located. They are not the white on blue that British Columbia was using in the early to mid 1980s, nor the black on yellow of Alberta during the same time period. They aren't even the red on white for Alberta or blue on white for BC that are currently used since the late 80s/early 90s. (00:23:40 - 00:25:00)

Angel of Death (2009)

Continuity mistake: During the fight in the bathroom, Zoe and the villain break a bathroom stall door and side-wall down. In the next shot the door is back up in its original position. It is the same door that is beside the urinal, not another stall, as it's a small bathroom with only one stall and urinal. (00:28:30 - 00:30:00)

Fast & Furious (2009)

Factual error: During the first theft of the tankers, the pickups backing up to the tanks throw an A-frame over the pintle hitches to steal the trailers. Aside from the fact that it is extremely difficult to hook up that type of hitch, even when stationary, there is a closure over the hook that locks the eye of the A frame in place to prevent it from popping out of the hook. It would be impossible to throw the eye over the hook on a normal hitch that way, and the close up shots of the hitch show the top closure missing. If it's missing, the eye would pop out of the hook either braking, hitting a bump or accelerating. (00:02:00 - 00:05:00)

Fast & Furious (2009)

Factual error: There's no way the pickup trucks could haul the stolen tanker trailers, even as modified as the pickup trucks are. The gas engines they are using don't have the necessary torque to haul the probably 30,000 pounds the full trailers weigh, and the trucks do not show a heavy enough suspension to haul the weight either. Besides, no one hooks up the airlines necessary to release the trailer brakes. (00:01:00 - 00:04:00)

Fast & Furious (2009)

Factual error: When the tanker trailers are separated from each other, the trailer brakes would apply, causing the trailers to skid and/or stop. No one hooks up air lines on the pickups to prevent this from happening. (00:01:00 - 00:03:00)

One Week (2008)

Plot hole: Ben is shown riding his motorcycle around Radium Hot Springs, BC, and the narrator says after riding six hours he was cold and wet. The next scene shows him checking into a hotel in Banff, AB. It makes no sense for him to ride from Banff to Radium, then back almost 2 hours to Banff over the mountain pass when he's cold and wet. There are plenty of hotel rooms, even at peak season, in Radium and Invermere, BC. He was not riding at peak season. During the whole movie, the point is to head west. The scene supposed to occur the next day shows him taking a photo at the Continental Divide, which is between Radium and Banff, meaning he *was* heading west, so it makes no sense to double back to Banff.

One Week (2008)

Factual error: Ben stops at a rest area near Hope, BC. He is headed for Vancouver and Vancouver Island. Leaving the rest area, he turns right, as he should, to head for Vancouver. The highway sign points left for Hope, BC, and right for Vancouver. I've been at this rest area, and the direction he turns toward Vancouver is correct. However, the next shot shows him going through Hell's Gate tunnel, which is north of Hope. He would have had to turn left, go through Hope, and 40 or so miles north to go through the Hell's Gate tunnel. The next scene shows him on the ferry to Vancouver Island, which was in the direction he was headed when he turned right from the rest area. There would be no reason for him to turn around and go through the tunnel, as he was already heading in the right direction.

12 Rounds (2009)

Plot hole: Danny uses the police Crown Victoria to slow down the streetcar in an attempt to stop it from smashing through the end of the line. There's no way a Crown Vic could slow down the 60000 lb streetcar the way it did in the movie. First, only the front wheels were making contact with the road, and second, the tires would not have lasted as long being skidded as shown in the movie.

Doomsday (2008)

Continuity mistake: During the car chase from the fallout shelter to the helicopter, the passenger door of the Bentley is badly dented when it hits a parked car. Some of the shots show the damage, some don't. When Eden arrives back in Glasgow and meets the Doomsday gang again, the passenger door is not damaged at all, but the driver's door mirror now has duct tape on it. There was time for her to duct tape the mirror, but certainly not time to do bodywork on a luxury car in post-virus Scotland.

Doomsday (2008)

Continuity mistake: During the scene at the helicopter when Sinclair sends Kane's daughter back to England, the rear views of the Bentley show both doors open. The front view shows only the driver's side door open. (01:40:20 - 01:41:00)

Restraint (2008)

Continuity mistake: When Ronald's girlfriend gets up at the breakfast table, and tousles his hair, Ronald is holding a glass of milk in his right hand. There's a cut to a wide shot, and Ronald is not holding the milk. There's not enough time for him to have put it down.

Defiance (2008)

Continuity mistake: About 7 minutes into the movie, when Tuvia, Zus and all are meeting in the forest, there is a shot of Zus pouring something from a canteen or bottle onto his hand. There's a quick cut, then back to Zus, where not only is he not pouring anything on his hand, he's not even holding anything in his hand. There's not enough time for him to put the canteen down.

The Uninvited (2009)

Continuity mistake: During the scene when Rachel is driving Anna to town in Rachel's BMW, the overhead shot of the open convertible shows the car has a manual transmission. Later, when Anna is fleeing the house in Anna's BMW, the car is an automatic, as seen both by the different shifter, and the fact that Anna has to shift into Park to restart the car when it stalled.

Fanboys (2009)

Continuity mistake: During the course of the movie, the mural and lettering on the side of the van go from being colored to just white, to being colored again. Most noticeable is the lettering on the front doors and fender, which goes from red to white or grey, then back to red.

Fanboys (2009)

Continuity mistake: When the van blows a tire, just before the Mantina bar scene, there is an exterior shot of the tire blowing, then a cut inside for a reaction shot, then back outside again for the next shot, which shows all four tires fully inflated as the van swerves over the road.

Factual error: Corey and Randy are riding his bike down the street, and talking about Sam's demise. As they pass an alley, there is a Mitsubishi Eclipse which is newer than 1995, the year the events take place. It appears from the rear end to be about 4 years or more newer than 1995.
