Other mistake: During the hospital scene where the robotic arms kill all the operating room staff, we see 4 different camera angles on the last doctor to be killed. All the arms have cameras in them, and show his face screaming at 4 different angles. Yet it should only be 3 as one arm has its claw wrapped around his neck. And it doesn't release from him, as it can be seen still wrapped around his neck by the other 3 cameras in each claw.

The Bourne Identity (2002)
Revealing mistake: When Jason climbs down the broken fire escape, the Embassy Marines are close behind him. One of them kicks open the exit door, he is wearing a pair of Navy blue trousers with a red stripe down the leg, along with black leather shoes (like most of the other Marines). When the Marine kicks the door open, it cuts to him looking down. His pants are now dark green or brown, along with different shoes. This shot being almost the same when Jason walks through the door and looks down.

The Client (1994)
Revealing mistake: When Barry goes running after Reggie during the boathouse scene, he tackles her and loses his gun when he does. A suppressed Walther PPK. He drops the gun on the ground which causes the suppressor to fall off it. In reality, this wouldn't happen as the suppressor is threaded onto the barrel of the pistol. A simple drop onto soft ground (grass and leafs in this case) wouldn't cause it to fall off.

Zero Dark Thirty (2012)
Revealing mistake: The SEALs assaulting Bin Laden's compound are using infrared lasers on their rifles, which can only be seen under night vision. The lasers being AN/PEQ-15s which the SEALs have attached to the top of their rifles. However, most if not all of the rifles have the laser beam coming from the bottom left of the hand guard, not from the top mounted laser unit. It's possible the/PEQ-15s were faux units and different lasers mounted to the rifles were used to give the effect.

Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me (1999)
Revealing mistake: When Fat Bastard smashes through the door of Austin's apartment (in 1999), the door doesn't have any holes drilled in the side for the latch. You can see this when a piece with the door knob falls to the floor. In addition, you can see on the right side of the door, a mark in the slab where it was cut for Fat Bastard (Mike Myers) to slam through it.

Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows (2011)
Revealing mistake: During the shootout at the German arms factory, one guard is firing an M1888 Mauser rifle at Holmes, Watson, etc. However, when he fires it, the bolt handle is up, but we still see a muzzle flash from the rifle. This would indicate the muzzle flash to be computer generated and not a blank from the rifle.
