Innerspace (1987)

Other mistake: When Jack (Martin Short) is injected with the syringe, it's done in his butt cheek, through his pants, just below the waist of his coat. We then see later Margaret looking at photos taken during the scene, one of them shows the syringe injected through Jack's coat into his thigh/butt cheek area.

The Borrowers (1997)

Other mistake: When exterminator Jeff pulls off the foam from Potter's face, it removes his mustache from his face. In reality, it should've removed both his mustache and eyebrows, which remain on his face after he is burned by the foam.

Spider-Man 2 (2004)

Other mistake: During the hospital scene where the robotic arms kill all the operating room staff, we see 4 different camera angles on the last doctor to be killed. All the arms have cameras in them, and show his face screaming at 4 different angles. Yet it should only be 3 as one arm has its claw wrapped around his neck. And it doesn't release from him, as it can be seen still wrapped around his neck by the other 3 cameras in each claw.

Other mistake: When Ricky is in the hospital, asleep in the bed, his heart rate stays at a constant "69" beats per minute. The number doesn't even spike when Cal tries to smother him with a pillow.

The A-Team (2010)

Other mistake: When Pike chases after BA by rappelling down (using his suit jacket and hand to do so), he uses the same rope Hannibal used to get into the building. Hannibal is seen with a rope bag and when he escapes into the building several stories below, he is seen unhooking but not throwing the bag out the window. Unless that had happened, Pike wouldn't have been able to use the rope to descend to the sidewalk.
