Ted - S2-E11

Corrected entry: In this episode Ted suggests that the group go mini-golfing and everyone is fine with the idea and they do go. However, in the fade-out of the first episode of this season Xander suggests the same idea as a way to spend the afternoon and Willow states that there is no course in Sunny dale.

Lord Mordo

Correction: So, either a course has been built in the interim, or they go outside of the town to play.

Revelations - S4-E10

Corrected entry: Season 4 Episode 10 - Revelations. When the fleet is just one jump from Earth, Apollo suggests that he and Starbuck go ahead alone on a recon. His father rules this out, but a Commander of his experience would have agreed to the plan to ensure that they did not jump into the solar system and meet a Cylon ambush or a self defence system that attacked them.

ComicBoy

Correction: The Admiral has frequently made decisions based on his emotional connections, especially where Apollo and Starbuck are concerned. You can't classify this as a plot hole, just because you don't agree with the decision.

Sex and the City (1998)

Cover girl - S5-E4

Corrected entry: When Charlotte throws her book out the window, it lands at the feet of a woman who according to Carrie's voiceover, 'had been contemplating a divorce', meaning she was still married. Yet when you can see her left hand as she bends down to pick up the book, there isn't a visible wedding ring. There wasn't one on her right hand either. (00:12:20)

Correction: If the woman was considering a divorce, her marriage was clearly not in a good way. It is not unusual for someone to stop wearing their wedding ring before a divorce is final.

Correction: Tara's hand stays on the shoulder strap from the time she puts it there. She does move it lower down, meaning it is not so clearly seen in some shots from behind, but is still visible.

Dead Things - S6-E13

Corrected entry: Buffy is going to confess to the police and Spike is trying to stop her, so Buffy is punching him repeatedly in the face. We cut to Spike who is bleeding from his nose, which is all well and good. But then we cut to Buffy and she says, "I will never be your girl," and then it cuts back to Spike, he now has a huge cut over his left cheek that wasn't there before. (00:36:00)

Correction: There are several punches thrown between the two clear shots of Spike's face, any one of which could have caused this injury.

Show generally

Corrected entry: In the first season, Giles tells everyone that for a vampire to make another vampire, the victim must drink the vamp blood too. Throughout the whole show we see vamps constantly killing people by draining them and dumping them, only for the victim to come back later as a vamp themselves, without feeding from their killer at all.

Correction: The show's mythology is consistent on the point that for a human to be turned into a vampire they must drink blood from the vampire, as well as being fed on. This is not contradicted in any season of Buffy or Angel. We may not always see this part of the process, but that doesn't mean it has not taken place.

Correction: We can see Dawn fidgeting about in the background throughout the scene. In this cut her arms have not moved drastically, or more than they could have done in the time between those two shots.

Dawson's Creek (1998)

Psychic Friends - S2-E17

Corrected entry: At the beginning of this episode, Dawson and Jen are in their film class. The class was formerly taught by Mr. Gold, but was just taken over by "Miss Kennedy". Dawson and Jen are still sophomores in this second season. But during season one, we learned that Mr. Gold's film class was for juniors only; and he only let Dawson sit in as a 'Study Hall' type situation. So why, only a semester later in their sophomore year, are Dawson and Jen suddenly attending the actual film class as students, when it's supposed to be strictly for juniors only?

Correction: It's made pretty clear in the first instance that this was a rule imposed by Mr Gold himself, not the school.

Correction: With the amount of damage done in that house during Buffy's various fights, it's not unreasonable to think that the door has been removed and re-hung at least once.

Little Women (1994)

Corrected entry: When Laurie kisses Jo, a large and long, noticeable slather of drool snaps between their lips as they break apart.

Correction: Which might well happen when two people kiss - not a mistake.

My Hero (2) - S1-E23

Corrected entry: When Dr. Kelso is confronting Dr. Reed about her assessment of him, the clock behind them is at 1:50. The shot changes and then changes back and you can't even see the clock hands (they've moved to above the frame of the shot), and less than 10 seconds had passed.

David Mercier

Correction: The clock is only seen twice during the conversation, and on both occasions the time is the same at 1:50.

Sam I Am - S5-E9

Corrected entry: In this episode Paige is assigned Sam, her father and Patty Halliwell's former whitelighter, as a charge but in the episode P3 H20 we find out that Sam clipped his wings - "Piper: Sam was mum's whitelighter?" "Leo: Emphasis on was. When your mom died, Sam clipped his wings. He's mortal now, but once, yeah he was a whitelighter. He looked after your mother"

Correction: He states in this episode that after he died for the second time after being made mortal, the elders made him a whitelighter again.

Correction: No, she doesn't deny that they were technically "on a break", she just doesn't feel that makes it any more acceptable for Ross to have gone off and slept with someone else whilst they were still trying to work things out.

Acting Out - S2-E14

Corrected entry: When Jack is first talking to Sally at NBC, she is wearing a red hat with a brim. Later on when Will comes to the office she is wearing a dark purple turban. This is caused by a deleted scene. (00:13:25 - 00:14:40)

Hamster

Correction: There is a scene with Grace in between these shots, and Sally has plenty of time to change her hat.

M*A*S*H (1972)

Soldier of the Month - S4-E12

Corrected entry: When Radar gets his breakfast he is given a large dollop of mashed potatoes. When he sits down to eat, the potatoes are gone and there is something unidentifiable in their place. (00:02:30)

jle

Correction: The mashed potatoes remain on the tray throughout. We see Klinger pour gravy over them as Radar reaches the end of the serving line, which is why the colour is different when Radar takes his food to the table.

Wild At Heart - S4-E6

Corrected entry: Towards the end when Willow is in the science lab casting her spell you can see the wires that are used to levitate the vials. They are especially noticable after the vials drop and you can see them dangling there. (00:35:20)

Correction: Having watched this scene through at normal speed and in slo-mo, no wires are visible.

Friends (1994)

Correction: I don't see it as a mistake that someone who has just gone through a break up might have other things on their mind, and therefore forget to pick up their shopping bags.

pinkwafer

Corrected entry: In the scene where Peter's winnings are wheeled out to him and he says "Right on time, I appreciate it, thank you boys", a boom mike operator can be seen in the back. He is also visible in other parts of the scene.

Correction: The game is being filmed for television. This operator could easily be part of the TV crew.

Once More, With Feeling - S6-E7

Corrected entry: When Tara and Willow are in the park, Tara has a straight hair parting. If you look at her in the next shot, her hair has changed to a zigzag parting. In the next shot she has magically switched back to a straight hair parting.

Correction: Tara's hair is parted in a zig-zag throughout the scene in the park. A large section at the front of her parting is relatively straight before the zig-zag begins, which is why it may not appear obvious from all angles.
