Other mistake: After completing a CIA sponsored operation in Syria, a helicopter comes in to exfiltrate the team. It lands and also takes off with full navigation lights and red beacons on. This would never be done in a combat area. Those light should have been off the entire time. (00:06:55)

Other mistake: Micaela and her partner are chasing an RV. A man from the RV throws a propane tank in her path. You can tell from the sound and how it bounces that it is empty. When the car hits it, the tank explodes, and she swerves the car into the brush and the airbags deploy. Later, as she is driving on the same road she gets a call that the RV has been spotted. Her car shows no damage. (00:17:44 - 00:29:10)

Other mistake: Jack is rescued by Bridget at the train station where he is being pursued by Sandra (an alien). Bridget shows up in her car and drives him away so Sandra cannot catch him. But Sandra and Bridget have never met. How could she know Sandra was a threat? Even more confounding, how did Bridget know to find Jack at the train station? He was randomly thereafter jumping out of the car he was being abducted in. (00:50:30)

Other mistake: Phil looks up the driving time from Ashford and Diamond Falls. It is 4 hours 12 minutes. Later, he goes to meet Annie, and she has suggested they meet at Colson Bay, which is "in the middle." He is on a train, and he says that in 4 hours 12 minutes he will meet her. Even ignoring the fact that the train ride duration may or may not be four hours 12 minutes, that cannot be, as they are meeting "in the middle" of that distance.

Other mistake: Lt. Dolittle has a plastic name tag on his collar that says "Doolittle." But on his coveralls the name tape says "Dooltte." (00:12:30)

Other mistake: The Space Agency is trying to use an android mechanism (Human 2.0) to go to The Void and make first contact. Their first attempt at putting a human brain into the android fails. The solution is to make the android mechanism imprint human cells to facilitate the brain/android connection. The Agency is up against a time constraint, and someone comes up with the idea of using military Humans 2.0 to go on the voyage. Wait a minute! So now we learn there are other Humans 2.0 in existence? Wouldn't whoever made those already know how to solve the human brain/android interface? Why is the Space Agency reinventing the wheel? Other mistake: Dr. Hynek and some Men in Black are aboard a boat. There is loud music playing. When Dr. Hynek tries to turn the radios off, power is cut off aboard the boat, leaving it in darkness. When they want to use the electric winch to raise something, the winch works. If there is no power, what allows the electric winch to operate? (00:26:15)

The picture drawn - based on Mr. Shoemaker's description - shows five-fingered hands. Plus later Dr. Hynek discovers a bio-luminescent hand print on a tree. It shows four fingers. (00:10:55)

Other mistake: Magnum is shown in Captain Greene's office in uniform. He is wearing a US Navy Parachuteist Badge, his SEAL trident, and has the rank of Lieutenant. In the show intro section, he is always shown wearing just the trident, and has the rank of Lieutenant Commander. Was he demoted? (00:03:15)
