The Rundown (2003)

Trivia: California Govenor and former action star Arnold Schwarzenegger makes a special guest appearance in this movie. When Beck first arrives at the night club, Arnold walks right by him and tells him to "have fun." Arnold had just become Govenor and knew he would not be acting for awhile so this was his way of passing the torch to someone he felt would take his place as the future of action movies.

Trivia: The shot of Jason "undrowning" - so to speak - at the end of the film, with water gushing from his mouth, was accomplished thanks to Kane Hodder's uncanny ability to vomit on cue. Prior to the shoot, Hodder downed a pitcher of water.

Trivia: Timothy Burr Mirkovich, who played the Jason child during the flashback and hallucination sequences, is the son of Steven J. Mirkovich, who edited the film.

Trivia: The camping scene with the ill-fated Luke, Deborah and Alexis, was not part of the original script. When test audiences in early 1993 complained about the lack of sex and teenaged characters, the scene was subsequently written and filmed during a new shoot.

Trivia: Director of this movie, John Carl Buechler, appears in a cameo as the firefighter who picks up the remains of Jason's hockey mask at the end of the movie.

Trivia: When Brenda's lifeless body suddenly crashes through the window before a horrified Alice, it's not Ms. Bartram at all. It's none other than Tom Savini, who is also an accomplished stuntman, having donned a nightgown and wig to emulate Ms. Bartram for the stunt.

Trivia: Initially, Corey Feldman was asked to reprise his role as Tommy Jarvis, but since he was busy shooting "The Goonies," the character was re-written to be a few years older, and John Shepherd was cast. Feldman did appear in a brief cameo during the opening dream sequence.

Trivia: Not only does Kane Hodder, who playes Jason, play the role of 1 of the F.B.I. agents at the morgue, it is also Kane Hodder's hand wearing the Freddy Krueger glove that comes out of the ground to grab Jason's hockey mask at the end of the movie.

Trivia: In the scene where Alice finds Bill's body hanging on the back of the door to the generator room, the producers purposely did not tell Adrianne King what they were going to do to the body nor did they let her see the body beforehand. When she saw the body during filming it was for the first time. The scream she produced was genuine as it scared her badly. Needless to say, that entire scene was shot in one take.

Trivia: Rob makes mention that he is there looking for the man who killed his sister. His sister was in part 2. She was Sandra, who was speared in bed after having sex.

Trivia: Interesting note. The cook that Jason threw into the mirror at the diner is Ken Kirzinger, who went on to play Jason Vorhees in the movie "Freddy Vs Jason."

SAZOO1975

Trivia: During the scene where they were having meat for dinner, only Tim Curry and Richard O'Brien knew Eddie's (Meatloaf's) body was under the table and they were suppose to be eating him. None of the other actors knew this. Therefore when Dr. Frank-N-Furter lifts the tablecloth up exposing the body, the reaction of the other actors are genuine.
