Other mistake: When Picard is sitting in his Ready Room, he turns on the desk display. The top on the display is blurry, but the animation is crisp and clear. After the animation is done, the display reverts to a standby picture and is as blurry as the top.

Let That Be Your Last Battlefield - S3-E15
Other mistake: When preparing to go around again, Sulu and Checkov start working their controls. When there is a close up of Sulu's hand, it's obviously a re-used shot of Kirk's hand starting the 30 second count down timer on the Constellation in "The Doomsday Machine" (S2 E6).

The A-Team (1983)
Other mistake: As the team is chasing the thug's truck, they toss explosives at it. The charges miss on either side, but the truck is hit anyway. As the truck comes to a rest on its side you can see that there is no engine in it. Also, as the team stops at the truck, the head thugs come out from behind the truck and try to run. They didn't have enough time to get out, let alone get ready to run.

Star Trek: The Motion Picture (1979)
Other mistake: When Kirk and Scotty are in the travel pod going to the Enterprise, one shot of the outside of the pod has them looking like two dimensional cut outs. Also, from interior to exterior shots of the pod Kirk goes from facing directly ahead, to a quarter profile and back.

The Muppet Movie (1979)
Other mistake: As Fozzie corrects the car to keep from crashing, watch the two of them in the long shot by the church. They are bouncing very rapidly as they come to a stop, suggesting the film was sped up. Also, Fozzie looks to the left of the steering wheel to shift gears, rather than the right, where the shifter would be, on the transmission hump.

The Muppet Movie (1979)
Other mistake: When Fozzie backs his car into Hopper's and then leaves, the front of the Caddy shows no damage, despite the severity of the hit. Not even a speck of paint on the bumper.

Star Trek: The Next Generation (1987)
Other mistake: While down in the pit Geordi makes a couple of spikes to climb out with. When the phaser beam is melting the ore, the metal goes molten about two inches in front of the beam. Also, the spikes are rounded, like handles. The molds he made would have left a flat side.

Remember Me - S4-E5
Other mistake: Toward the end, Beverly gets in the turbo lift to go to Engineering. As it starts, you see the lights to her left strobe top down. This is to indicate movement. However, since the lift was at the bridge level, the lights should have gone from bottom up, showing that the lift is going down.

Maximum Overdrive (1986)
Other mistake: It was interesting that the beer truck didn't continue to run. The rocket blew up the side of the trailer, and the tractor was not affected, so it could have continued to run, like Zeke's garbage hauler after it dumped on the bible salesman's car.

Knight Rider (1982)
Other mistake: The chemicals in the pool eat the seats, including the metal hardware, the steering wheel, and all the electronics, but the tires remain intact, and inflated.
Suggested correction: Molecular Bonded Shield protects KITT's exterior including tires, while his interior isn't protected. Therefore, his tires haven't been destroyed by acid.

Knight Rider (1982)
Other mistake: When KITT is heading off the two goons, he starts to chase them. As he does, you can see the hood behind the driver's seat, hiding the stunt driver. Also, when KITT is dropped into the pool of chemicals, you can easily tell that it's a model in a miniature set.

The A-Team (1983)
West Coast Turnaround - S1-E10
Other mistake: After the team stops the rig, the driver jumps up into his cab to get a phone. When he picks up the receiver an it has an analog dial wheel in it. But when he dials, it's on the unseen console.

Gilligan's Island (1964)
Other mistake: All of their sheets were the same type. The sheet that the "Ghost" supposedly took from them was more silken, not the regular knit.

Hogan's Heroes (1965)
A Klink, a Bomb and a Short Fuse - S2-E8
Other mistake: After Burkhalter gives Klink the order to help disarm the bomb, the camera cuts to Hogan and Klink. Between them and over the barracks, you can see the Desilu water tower.

Hogan's Heroes (1965)
Top Hat, White Tie and Bomb Sights - S1-E10
Other mistake: When Klink is trying to demonstrate the automated gates to Burkhalter, Kinch makes the gates close, knocking Klink into Burkhalter. Before Klink tells Schultz to open the gates, they are already in motion.

Popeye (1980)
Other mistake: During the end of the movie, when Popeye sings the title song, if you look at the bottom right of the screen, you can see the runway type platform that he dances on until he goes off the end, and ends the movie.

Star Trek (1966)
Other mistake: After Kirk makes the cairn of rocks to bury D'Amato, he places a rock with the man's name on it. If the phasers couldn't cut the rocks of the planet, how did he cut a squared rectangular rock, and how did he put D'Amato's name on it?

M*A*S*H (1972)
Other mistake: When Trapper and Hawkeye make the right turn after Trapper tries to use the restroom, you see that Trapper avoids the left side of the road just after the turn. This is to avoid the explosive charge set in the ground used to simulate a mortar round exploding.

Star Trek (1966)
Other mistake: After the shot of McCoy checking Sickbay, there's a shot of Chekov. It was a quick shot but it can be seen that the film was run back and forth through about a second, as his movements can be seen to repeat rapidly in reverse and forward twice. (00:06:56)

The Cat in the Hat (2003)
Other mistake: When the Cat is using the periscope to look at Nevins, the range on it reads between forty-nine point two meters, and fifty-two point four meters. These distances translate into just over one hundred sixty-one, and one hundred seventy-one feet respectively. The kids and the Cat were no more than about fifty to sixty feet at best away from Nevins.
Suggested correction: Its more plausible the device isn't calibrated properly, after all it's not like they're going to lob something that requires pin point accuracy such as a bomb for example. That and the fact the cat is keen to make a huge mess at every opportunity suggests he probably made a mess of calibrating the periscope too.
