Continuity mistake: Stewie and Brian shoot themselves in the foot. Next shot the holes have disappeared.

Plot hole: When they are trying to find a way to stop the lava from going in to the museum, Tommy Lee Jones has an idea to push a bus up against the museum to divert the lava. The plan works but the lava does not melt the bus like it melted Tommy Lee Jones' car or the fire truck. Even though the bus melts later in the movie, it doesn't melt it instantly like it did with the fire truck.

Other mistake: During the first major tremor, the city suffers a complete blackout with no lights showing. The city goes completely dark but there are suddenly no car headlights visible either... (00:26:30)

Other mistake: Roark burns his hand on a hot frying pan and drops it to the floor. The dog then immediately wanders in to eat the spilled food. The pan should still be scorching hot after a short time, and yet the dog licks it without burning its tongue. (00:03:30)

Factual error: The extractor fan shouldn't have sucked the hair into the kitchen, as extractor fans blow air from inside to outside.

Continuity mistake: When singing Mama Mia the first time, the position of the mum's arms are constantly changing between shots.

Continuity mistake: When they are singing Does Your Mother Know You're Out, a man is seen getting out of water and is soaking wet. However, a few shots later he is completely dry.

Visible crew/equipment: When singing Dancing Queen an extra is seen falling off a ladder. If you look at the front of his shirt, a safety cable can be seen. (00:37:15)

Continuity mistake: When Sky is on the beach with Sophie, his arms are constantly changing place depending on the shot. This is not due to dancing.

Continuity mistake: At the end of Voulez Vous, the people pick up Sophie. In one shot her hair falls down to her shoulders, camera cuts and it falls back down again.

Continuity mistake: When they are singing Does Your Mother Know You're Out, a man is seen getting out of water and then lying in the sand. When he stands up no sand sticks to him, which it should. (01:09:00)

Visible crew/equipment: Near the end, when Rosie is asking Bill to Take A Chance On Me, she falls and is hanging from the roof. In one shot when she has her glasses, a light screen can be seen reflected in them.

Continuity mistake: On the boat when they are singing Our Last Summer, Sophie is seen sitting next to Bill. In this shot she is holding a picture of Bill in her hands. The camera cuts and now Bill is holding the photo. (00:40:45)

Continuity mistake: When the lorry hits the car at the start, the car in pushed out of the lorry path to the lorry's right. Camera cuts and it's the lorry's left, and the camera cuts again and it's back to the right. (00:08:20)

Continuity mistake: The way Tess holds the notepad, to show grandpa the message, changes between the shots. (00:11:30)

Other mistake: Stifler, Finch, Oz and Jim all have radios. Stifler says during the lesbian scene that they are getting naked. This should have been heard on Jim's radio (he is under the bed), but it is not. We never see Jim turn his radio off as his hands are in shot. (00:43:20)

Continuity mistake: At the very start, the way the waiter holds the phone changes instantly. (00:01:15)

Continuity mistake: In the dog sex scene, the little white dog is on Jim's leg. The camera cuts and now it's gone. (00:11:10)

Continuity mistake: When Jim, Finch and Kevin are talking in the bar near the start, the amount of beer in Jim's glass always changes. (00:14:20)
