Continuity mistake: When Mr McGregor has died, all the animals run into his garden and Ms. Tiggywiggle is at the very back. When we see the gate being broken down a second later she is at the front.

Continuity mistake: When they climb the tree at the start the positions of the rabbits change instantly.

Continuity mistake: When the big flying bird comes down, its beak is pointing at one of the brothers in one shot and at the other in a different shot. (01:22:40)

Stupidity: When the Pteradons are loose and flying over the crowds, people run from inside buildings out into the open where the birds are attacking people. (01:22:00)

Continuity mistake: When running towards the Pteradons, Claire is with a group of ACU units. Camera changes and she's not in shot. In the reverse angle, she does run to the side, but even from the front angle she should have been visible. (01:22:00)

Other mistake: When Claire is running to the quad bike she gets a phone call and answers it. However, 1) the phone doesn't light up or show any indication it's ringing and 2) she doesn't press anything but somehow answers the call. (01:19:00)

Continuity mistake: The driving the truck onto the boat scene doesn't make sense. The truck is seen from various angles and in each angle the truck is a different distance from the boat. Some shots it's about 20m max, others it's back to around 100-150m from the boat. (00:51:05)
