Continuity mistake: During the fight in the billiard room, Storm kills Jack Axel by stabbing him with a pool cue and Axel falls to the floor and dies with the cue still stuck in him. When Hulland enters the room shortly after, we see Axel still laying dead on the floor, but the pool cue is gone.

Continuity mistake: When Cutter is in the bathroom with the phone, he opens the door slightly to check the situation. When he closes the door, the nearest terrorist standing about 10-15 metres away, hears the door shut and begins to approach the bathroom to investigate. Cutter opens the door again some 20 seconds later and the terrorist is still approaching. It should not have taken the terrorist this long to walk such a short distance.

Plot hole: When the police and FBI arrest Rane at the fairgrounds, Cutter tells them Vincent (one of Rane's men) is also at the fair, and wearing a tan jacket. Cutter did not see Vincent leave the plane and never saw him at the fair, and when he last saw him on the plane he was not wearing this jacket. So how could he know Vincent was at the fair and wearing a tan jacket?

Continuity mistake: When the camera is zooming in on Quint as he gives his speech at the town meeting, there is a woman in black and another in blue, seated in the room. In the next shot of people in the room listening to Quint, the woman in blue is in the foreground, but the woman in black who was sitting right next to her, has vanished. (00:20:00 - 00:20:35)

Continuity mistake: When Riggs runs onto the ice at the hockey game, he collides with two players. After he is hit by the second player, there is a brief shot of Riggs still in the hockey box trying to open the door. This is where he was before he ran onto the ice.

Plot hole: The airport at which the plane lands is only supposed to have a small airfield. Yet near the end we see the huge plane roaring down the runway for more than a minute, which would be impossible on a small airfield.

Continuity mistake: When Tyler is going upstairs with the package that has Chucky inside, he collides with a boy up the top of the stairs (the boy was going down) and the package is knocked from Tyler's hands and falls down the stairs. In the shots of the package rolling down the stairs, the boy with whom Tyler collided should also be seen going down the stairs. Instead he is nowhere to be seen. (00:24:15)
