Corrected entry: When the Priest dies in the liquor store, there is an overhead shot of the 4 or 5 police cars that respond to the scene. Two of the cars have the same number on them. (00:51:20)

Corrected entry: When Helen is in the hospital and the doctor calls for an injection to calm her down, the nurse comes in and sticks the needle in her arm but doesn't actually push down on the plunger. The needle is in her arm for about a second.
Correction: Actually the plunger does get pushed, it's just extremely quick.

Stargate: Atlantis (2004)
Corrected entry: The crew members are in a forest having hallucinations because of the wraith machine. Sheppard is hallucinating that he is in the desert during the war helping an injured soldier, so when he's walking around why isn't he bumping into trees? He sees nothing but sand, even mentions it at one point, but they are in the forest and he walks around pretty freely.
Correction: The human brain has more than one set of visual "control" systems which creates a phenomenon called "blindsight" when the higher visual functions are either disrupted or-theoretically-affected by some sort of illusion. Basically, blindsight is involved in "instinctual" responses to visual stimuli-like avoiding collisions or aligning the fingers to grasp an object-which can function even as the person can't consciously register anything visually.

Corrected entry: When Dean and Eric are tied up and the Sheriff comes in and sprays them both with water, after he turns the water off we see Dean and he is soaked. A second later we see a close-up of his face and his hair is completely dry.
Correction: I have just watched the scene three times and his hair is still damp.

Corrected entry: When the Commander is taking Will to the secret sanctum they go down the poles the Commander is on the left and Will is on the right, but when they come out at the bottom the Commander is on the right and Will is on the left.
Correction: We never see the entire sequence. The opening at the top may be on the opposite side of the one at the bottom.

Corrected entry: When Chicken Little first takes the blanket off the panel, then he trips over it, when he picks it up you can see that it doesn't exactly match the floor underneath.
Correction: That's because he bumps it when he trips, knocking it off-kilter.
