Question: With all of the technology in the "Star Wars" universe, could Padme and Anakin really not know that she was pregnant with twins? Even our real-life technology usually makes women aware of this before the pregnancy is half over.

Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith (2005)
Answer: Given that she gives birth at the end there is a 9 month time frame to work with. The pair could have easily seen a doctor and learned of the twins. Since it is not really the primary focus of this film we can pretty much assume anything.

Star Wars (1977)
Answer: While Han was in the Imperial academy, he was thrown into a pit to be killed and eaten by Chewbacca; however, the two of them ended up working together to escape.
Chosen answer: In the Star Wars Expanded Universe, Han was an Imperial pilot several years before the events of "A New Hope". Han refused a direct order to execute a group of Wookiees which included Chewbacca; Han was subsequently dismissed by the Empire. Chewbacca, however, was bound by a Wookiee tradition that dictates that they become the lifelong protector of anyone who saves their lives; thus, he quickly became Han's companion as well as his bodyguard and copilot when Han began his new career as a smuggler. That said, the Expanded Universe isn't canon, so we may get an "official" story in the Han Solo prequel film that's in production.

V for Vendetta (2005)
Answer: Their ages are never made clear within the film. In the comic Evey is 16 when the story begins. However, since Natalie Portman was in her early 20s at the time the film was made, it can be presumed that Evey is also in her late teens or early 20s as well; since V was an adult during his imprisonment at Larkhill roughly 20 years before the events of the film, he most likely is at least in his early 40s.

Question: How is Eddie, as Venom, able to have his mask move on and off his face? Also, how is Harry able to do it too?
Answer: Eddie's suit is an alien symbiote that forms a telepathic bond with its host, much like it did with Spider-Man earlier in the film; it can remove itself from parts of the host at will (such as the face) or change form to take on the appearance of normal clothing, such as a jacket. Harry's mask has a hinge at the top that allows him to raise and lower it as necessary.

Question: An alien taking the form of a blonde guy from a video game tells the heroes that if they defeat Donkey Kong, the invasion will end. Who is the blonde guy anyway?
Answer: That's the character Max Headroom, who was a fictional AI who had his own TV program as well as made many other media appearances throughout the mid to late 1980s, even appearing in a series of TV ads for Coca-Cola in the US. Question: The aliens in the form of Hall and Oates tell the heroes that the rules have been violated and they will attack. How and why were they violated?
Answer: The rules were violated when Eddie used cheat codes during the "Pac-Man" round in order to have an unfair advantage over the aliens; this is similar to how Xbox achievements and/or PS3/4 trophies are disabled when cheat codes are active.

Question: Why was Little Bill so protective of the two cowboys that had bounties on their heads? And why was he so vengeful when they were both killed? He didn't know them.
Chosen answer: I think Little Bill takes offense to this sort of thing taking place in his town on his watch. He tells Mr. Beauchamp while he is writing his biography something like, "I do not like assassins, or men of low character."
Answer: Little Bill wanted to be sure that the cowboys would live at least long enough to pay compensation to the owner of the saloon/brothel for disfiguring one of the prostitutes; Bill became furious when the cowboys were killed because they would never be able to make good on their agreement of compensation.
The cowboys bring in their ponies and pay off their debt early in the film. "Davey Boy" even brings in an extra pony especially for Delilah, which he calls the "best in the lot." (Which the other whores promptly reject and begin throwing dung at them). Both cowboys are killed long after they pay their debt to Skinny.
There is a scene where the two cowboys come to town and pay the required compensation in horses.

The Butterfly Effect (2004)
Question: At the end when Evan wakes up in the hospital, the doc told him that he killed Kayleigh. How did he do that? With those two killing scenes? The theatrical ending means he became normal and could change the past?
Chosen answer: In that version of events, Evan was indirectly responsible for Kayleigh's death when he lit the stick of dynamite in her father's basement to threaten him; she mistook it for a sparkler and picked it up and the ensuing explosion killed her. In all the film's various endings, Evan goes back to a time before this incident; Kayleigh thus survives into adulthood and lives happily ever after.

Question: Why does Henry ask the taxi driver to take him to jail? Aren't the police supposed to take you immediately after the sentencing hearing? Why could he make his own way to jail when he wanted, and why didn't he just run away?
Chosen answer: Convicted criminals aren't always taken immediately to prison upon their sentencing, especially when they're free on bail pending their trial and sentencing hearings. As is often the case in such instances, he was probably given a short time (usually a week) to get his affairs in order before reporting for his incarceration voluntarily; had he not reported on time, police would have been sent to procure him.
Answer: He didn't mean to take him directly to prison, he meant to be taken to the court house or police station to be taken into official custody.

Question: In the "Day-O" scene at the dinner table, why wasn't Lydia possessed? I thought the whole point was for ALL of them to move out?
Answer: There would be no need, Lydia is a child if her parents move she goes too, it's not really necessary, they aren't the type to just be cruel and make her feel embarrassed like that. Especially with the previous scenes it wouldn't have fit to have done so, not only against their characters but the early growth of a friendship, Lydia was natural and excited to meet them, if they did that we the audience would not care for what they were trying to do thematically.

Question: Why does Harvey Keitel hold up his hand as he is chasing after Thelma and Louise at the end of the movie? I always felt he did it to keep the officers from shooting at them, but a friend of mine was saying he simply did it to try to get their attention so they wouldn't drive off the cliff. Any other opinions?
Chosen answer: It's just as you said; he was telling the others to hold their fire. He had no idea that they were going to drive off the cliff; his reaction was evidence of this.

Answer: The Maitlands and the Deetzes have agreed to share the house peacefully. Meanwhile, Beetlejuice is returned to the afterlife waiting room after the sandworm "kills" him again; he then angers a witch doctor who shrinks Beetlejuice's head, thus adding insult to injury.

Question: At the end when Steven is the only one left alive alone with Django, he drops his cane and seems to walk fine. Would that indicate that he was faking the whole time, just pretending he needed it?
Answer: Not necessarily; Stephen's condition may be ameliorated by using a cane to walk, but he doesn't always need the cane. I myself have an ankle condition which is sometimes helped by the use of a cane, but I don't always need the cane.

Answer: The level of technology within the Star Wars franchise is never fully explained within the films; also, most of the technology depicted deals with non-medical applications. Padme was also trying to keep her pregnancy secret since Jedi were not allowed to marry or become parents at the time this film is set within the Star Wars canon, so it's likely she rarely, if ever, saw the SW equivalent of a doctor during her pregnancy.
