Other mistake: Drax's henchman is listed as "Chang" in the end credits, yet when Bond is speaking to Holly in her hotel room, he calls him "Char".

Revealing mistake: When Bond uses his 007 camera to photograph Drax's plans, watch the close-ups behind the camera especially when he turns the camera vertically, it's not Roger Moore. (00:26:50)

Audio problem: During the fight in the ambulance, when James says "Sorry about that" after falling on the woman's legs, his mouth doesn't move when he says it.

Continuity mistake: When the space station laser deploys, the American space shuttle can be seen in the distance, with the curve of the Earth angled next to the shuttle. The shot changes to a close-up of the shuttle, and the curve of the Earth is now directly underneath it.
