Other mistake: When James enters and exits the laboratory, the door has a sign on it that warns for radioactive materials. The laboratory actually contains a biological weapon. Therefore the door should be marked with a bio-hazard symbol. (00:41:00 - 00:42:00)

Other mistake: When the shuttles dock we see a close up of one docking, on the side of the shuttle is the hatch which completely misses the docking arm but we hear the sound of it making contact.

Other mistake: Drax's henchman is listed as "Chang" in the end credits, yet when Bond is speaking to Holly in her hotel room, he calls him "Char".

Other mistake: In the boat chase on the Tapirape, Bond's torpedo hits the enemy boat either on its back or left side, but neither are damaged by the explosion in a subsequent shot. (01:18:15)

Continuity mistake: At 1:46:22 roughly, we see one of the Space Marines. He's standing almost full on to the camera with a slight turn to screen right. He gets blasted and he dies.But at 1:46:29 he's back and in the same position.
