Neytiri (Zoe Saldana) kills Quaritch and she helps Jake (Sam Worthington) just as he's on the brink of dying after he gets knocked out of the pod where he's linked to his Na'vi body. The military forces go back to Earth and a few trustworthy humans, such as Jake and Norm, stay on Pandora. A ritual at the Tree of Souls is performed and Jake's mind is transferred permanently to his Na'vi body.
