Continuity mistake: When Jetfire tries to leave the James S. McDonnell Space Hangar and says, "I command these doors to open," there is a shot of Sam, Mikaela, Simmons and Leo standing at the tip of what was Jetfire's enclosure bars, looking up, a bit to their right as if Jetfire was directly in front of them. In the next shot Jetfire, who is way down at the end of the hangar, breaks down the door and heads out. Next shot, they're all still looking up in the very same direction, even though they should be looking all the way to their right, straight ahead into the distance. (01:23:40)
Continuity mistake: When Sam and the rest are chasing after Jetfire, explaining that they just want to talk, during their conversation Sam's arms repeatedly go from being raised way up or being down, depending on the camera angle. (01:24:20)
Continuity mistake: At the aircraft 'boneyard', Sam uses a dagger to carve a huge circle of symbols into the ground, and in the first close-up Sam finishes up a specific symbol at the top of the circle, sticks the dagger in the dirt and stands up. In the next overhead wideshot, Sam is not only still kneeling and then stands up again, but he was actually kneeling at a different symbol located at the bottom of the circle. (01:25:50)
Continuity mistake: When Sam has carved the circle of symbols into the ground, the aircraft behind him casts very different shadows upon the ground right up until everyone vanishes, when the cloud of dust caused by their disappearance appears. (01:25:55)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where everyone arrives in Egypt, when everyone is standing around Jetfire, there is a wide shot showing everyone and you see Mikaela sitting down wrapping Sam's hand. Then she stands up in that same shot, and it cuts to a close up that shows Mikaela sitting down again wrapping his hand. (01:27:45)
Continuity mistake: In Egypt, the protagonists are being chased by the police. At first the cops are driving an Alfa-Romeo 164. A moment later they are driving a Peugeot 405s. (01:32:00)
Continuity mistake: In Egypt, when Sam says, "We got cops!" they're at a fork in the road, and with two police cars heading towards them from the left of the 'fork', Sam drives to the right of the 'fork'. However, in the next shot, the two police cars are driving past Bumblebee and the twins on the very same road, just before the police cars make their U-turns. (01:32:24)
Continuity mistake: Seymour Simmons (John Turturro) calls in coordinates of the Daggers Tip from a pay phone. He says the coordinates are 29.5 North by 34.88 East. Later, when a young soldier shows General Morshower a note containing the coordinates from Major Lennox, the paper says 29.5 North by 35.88 East. A difference of one degree of latitude would translate into about a 69 mile error. (01:33:51 - 01:40:38)

Continuity mistake: When Leo is freaking out in the back seat of the car, Simmons, who is in the front seat, pulls out the taser to use on Leo and holds it in his left hand as he turns around. Yet in Leo's close-up, as he's being zapped, the taser is in Simmons's right hand, but next shot the taser is back in his left hand. (01:46:55)
Continuity mistake: In one scene we're shown a Predator B UAV taking off. This is a shot of an actual Predator B, which is a pusher turboprop. In a later scene we come back to the Predator, now on site, in a CG shot. The CG model is some kind of mutant Predator with a turbojet - no prop at all. Continuity mistake: When Devastator is sucking up the vehicles and structures at the construction site, the large camper's exterior is pulled off, leaving only the frame as the camper is pulled forward, but a few shots later, in an overhead wideshot that camper is still intact and straight, as Mudflap and Skids stand firm. Continuity mistake: When Sam's parents are spat out by Bonecrusher in Egypt, Sam's mom is wearing pants. In the next scene when they all meet up she has a skirt on with the same pattern as the pants. (01:59:52)
Continuity mistake: At the start of Bumblebee and Rampage battling it out, Rampage knocks a car over onto its side (perpendicular to the car that's beside Ron and Judy). A few shots after the close-up of Bumblebee dropping his yellow faceplate over his face, that car gets overturned again behind Mikaela, though in between there are shots of the car already on its side. That car is down yet again when Bumblebee is attacked by Ravage, and then on its side again when Sam pulls Mikaela by her hand. (02:00:20)
Continuity mistake: When Bumblebee is battling Rampage, there's a close-up of Bumblebee as he dramatically drops his yellow faceplate over his face. In the next shot, Sam is on the ground in front of the car on its side (Rampage overturned it moments before). Problem is in the next shot Mikaela is also in front of that very same car, but Sam is gone, and she wasn't seen in the previous shot of Sam either. (02:00:30)
Continuity mistake: When the Jordanian helicopters are on approach, there are painted with a desert camo. The one that is shot down first and lands next to the soldiers is all of a sudden black. (02:03:28)
Continuity mistake: When Simmons is on the radio with Captain Wilder, who is aboard the USS Stennis, the radio cord around Simmons's neck is either over or under the flight jacket's fur collar, and then in the last shot the cord is suddenly off. (02:05:15)
Continuity mistake: While we're repeatedly shown map views of the region while events are taking place in Jordan and Egypt, and characters even say things like they're "five klicks" (kilometers) from the water during the battle, things cover distance impossibly fast. For example, we're shown M-1 Abrams tanks being landed ashore by LCACs (Landing Craft Air Cushion), but just seconds later they're on site, engaging the Decepticons. This does not appear to be a time-lapse in the film itself, as we're shown the battle unfolding in what appears to be real-time. And that's ignoring that the pyramids, around which the battle is taking place, are really roughly 140 kilometers from the tip of the water. Even the closest point is around 120km from the water to pyramids. (02:06:27 - 02:06:57)
Continuity mistake: While Mikaela and Sam are running through Egypt, they both take off their jackets. Sam drops his jacket, but in the next shot it's in his hand again. (02:07:47)
Continuity mistake: Devastator demolishes a fair chunk of the top of the pyramid. In the shot where Devastator falls down after being destroyed with a Rail Gun, the top of the pyramid is still intact. (02:11:20)
Answer: Well, for one thing, he blew up Sam's room and half their house. Sam knows Bumblebee meant well, but is still mad at him because of the destruction he caused. It's the equivalant of a child knocking over a vase while trying to hit a fly.
