Continuity mistake: When Elle is in the elevator and Vivian accuses her of sleeping with Professor Callahan, Elle's hair is down but it's crimped where you can tell her hair has previously been in a ponytail. In the next scene, she gets out of the elevator and runs into Emmet. During their conversation, her hair is perfectly smooth and sleek.
Continuity mistake: When Emmit and Vivian go to see Brooke in jail, Emmit stops in front of the TV and appears to turn up the volume by turning a knob. But as he walks away, we see that there are no knobs, just buttons.
Continuity mistake: When Elle Woods gets to Harvard, stood outside, her nails are manicured. She mentions that Bruiser looks parched, and as she pours Evian water into the bowl, her nails not manicured, but natural and filed. They then go back to being manicured before entering the building.






Answer: Enid is accusing Elle of being a stereotypical, snooty sorority girl, like the ones who had obviously been cruel to her in the past.
