Continuity mistake: In the end of the movie, during the play, when all the fairy tale princesses break through the wall, from the side view you can see Cinderella, Snow White and Doris standing and not Queen Lillian. But in the next scene Queen Lillian is standing behind all of them. So you should have seen her in the earlier scene.
