Plot hole: At the end, Julie doesn't notice the muddy footprints on the floor or wonder how the window got open? And Ray doesn't say a word when the bathroom door shuts by itself?

Plot hole: After the Hook Man kills Dave, he uses the pickup driving toward Ray that knocks him off the road, and knocks him out. The Hook Man could just walk to an unconscious Ray and kill Ray easily with his hook.

Answer: Also, we are led to believe that this entire ending is a dream sequence, not unlike the ending to the previous film. And, as we all know, in dreams nothing really matters. Also, we simply do not know how long it has been since Julie and Ray moved in. Maybe they just haven't taken the sign down yet.

Answer: Would add to the other excellent answers that they also had plenty of time to submit a "Change of Address" notice with the USPS. Their mail would be forwarded to the new house fairly quickly. Also, family and friends would already have the new address.
