Question: Darth Vader hears from Palpatine that he killed his wife. How would Palpatine know? He didn't arrive on Mustafar until after Obi-wan left and took Padme to the medical facility. Also, if Palpatine found out how Padme died, how does he not know (yet) about Luke and Leia? She died after giving birth to them.
Question: This question may sound dumb, but nevertheless. When Obi-Wan confronts Anakin on Mustafar, he says "Only a Sith deals in absolutes", and ignites his lightsaber, basically challenging Anakin. The question is, why? Obi-Wan's chosen his ways with the force, why can't Anakin? Most Jedi have already been killed throughout the galaxy, so Obi-Wan doesn't have much else to lose (except one of his only friends left that he's basically trying to discard in a duel). Anakin's trying to use the Dark Side to save Padme, so why can't Obi-Wan just let go of the fact that Anakin has chosen his ways, become a Sith (with Anakin seeing the better-good in it), and just let Anakin get on with his life?
Answer: Obi Wan letting Anakin "go his own way" would be sanctioning the emperor's evil plan and allowing the resulting massive deaths and suppression of personal freedom. Condoning others being murdered just to save Padme is an unacceptable justification to any Jedi Knight. It's like someone saying why couldn't Hitler just have gone his own way, resulting in his continued extermination and enslavement of millions of of innocent people.
Question: What does Anakin means when he tells to Padme that if it not were for the kidnapping of Palpatine, they would be separated "for a lifetime"? He also says that "they" wouldn't have brought them back from the outer rim sieges, who are they and how does the Chancellor's situation affects theirs?
Chosen answer: Palpatine had his eye on Anakin as an apprentice since after the Battle of Naboo. The kidnapping and rescue provided a legitimate justification for Palpatine to request that Anakin be kept close at hand as a "personal favorite Jedi" rather than being sent to the Outer Rim to fight the Separatists, which could have kept him away from Palpatine's influence for years.
Answer: It was the same test that he gave Luke in "Return of the Jedi." Strike down an unarmed, unresisting man, and he's got The Right Stuff to be a Sith. Luke failed the test by refusing to kill him. Anakin did not.
Question: I have never understood why Luke and Leia needed to be hidden with two different families. As a princess, Leia is actually in the public eye. It would have been much safer to let Owen and Beru raise her along with Luke. Why keep them apart?
Answer: The reason they are split is so if one is discovered they still have the other. Leia certainly lives a much more public life but she could easily be passed off as the daughter of Bail Organa since she takes his last name and lives as his daughter. The real question is why on earth would Obi Wan give Luke to family that Vader is aware of and let him keep the Skywalker name?
Adding to this, Tatooine wouldn't be somewhere where Vader would want to go. He doesn't have fond memories there e.g. death of his mother, slaying all those Tuscan raiders.
Also, if I remember correctly, no-one knew she was having twins. Everyone knew she was pregnant, so when Luke showed up it wasn't necessarily questioned. Leia was given to another family so no-one would put it together that she was also Vader's child and therefore hiding her from existence.
Answer: Nobody knew Luke and Leia were alive, most did not know they existed, others thought they were dead. If someone with the name of Skywalker were around, it could be anyone. Aunt Uncle, Cousin, not necessarily the Skywalker. Besides, the Empire was busy fighting and maintaining control of an entire Galaxy.
It certainly could be a popular name, but it is still tempting fate since this particular Skywalker is being raised by Anakin's step-brother. A step-brother that Anakin is not only aware of but has personally met. Also, once Vader finds out that the pilot who blew up the Death Star was named Skywalker, he knows that young man must be his son.
Answer: Obi-Wan said they needed to be taken somewhere where the Sith could not sense their presence and then Yoda said they needed to be separated, which one could assume was to increase the chance the Sith won't sense them. They also made it seem like Padme was still pregnant when she died, meaning everyone would think her child (ren) died before being born. Leia being in the public eye wasn't really a factor or concern. Bail and his wife had always talked about adopting a girl, so when they took Leia, no-one would question where she came from, especially if the Organas appeared loyal to the Emperor. In "There is Another" (from "From a Certain Point of View", considered canon), it's suggested Yoda's plan was to train Leia and not Luke. So sending Luke to live with his family would hopefully limit his development of the force, limit his involvement with the Empire, and if discovered, draw attention away from Leia.
Question: This question is about all of the prequels. Has George Lucas and/or Hayden Christensen ever commented on the massive of amount of criticism for Hayden's performance as Anakin?
Answer: Not exactly. George Lucas generally chalks up all the negative reactions to the prequels to overly high expectations and his own unique writing and directing style. Christensen has only ever vaguely commented on the experience not being the best but hasn't really said anything about the criticism of his performance.
Question: Is it possible that Mace Windu could've landed on a speeder after being thrown out of the window in Palpatine's Office?
Answer: The outside possibility that Mace Windu could have landed on a speeder or other vehicle does exist, given the fact that such vehicles were continuously passing by the window of Palpatine's office. However, Windu is officially considered to have been killed by falling to his death after Palpatine uses his Force lightning to send him through the window.
Question: During the final fight between Anakin and Obi Wan, at one point Anakin has Obi Wan in a choke hold and seems to mouth something as he is pushing down further. Is he just doing that as he's exerting more force into the hold, or does he possibly say something, and if so what does he say?
Answer: He is making sounds as he is exerting force. He doesn't say anything.
Question: In "Empire Strikes Back", when Vader reveals that he is Luke's father, he tells Luke to search his feelings and sense the truth. Luke is able to do this after a limited amount of Jedi training. How come Anakin calls Padme a "liar" on Mustafar, despite spending more than half of his life (at the time) as a Jedi? Shouldn't he have known that she was telling the truth?
Answer: By the time Anakin calls Padme a liar, he had begun his descent into the Dark Side and was becoming much darker as a person. As soon as he saw Obi-Wan, he immediately jumped straight to the conclusion that she had lied to him without putting any real thought into the scenario, so the likely explanation is that, in his anger and darkness, he did not really bother to sense her feelings and he just assumed that she brought Obi-Wan to Mustafar to kill Anakin. If he was much more calm and spent a few seconds to sense her feelings a little, it would have been more likely for him to discover that she was telling the truth, but by that point, he was much closer to the Dark Side for him to do that.

Answer: Dooku's first name is currently unknown, however from the book Darth Plagueis we know that Palpatine's first name is Sheev.
Question: When Palpatine tells Anakin to kill Dooku, why doesn't Dooku just tell Anakin that Palpatine is really a Sith lord? He's just been betrayed by Palpatine, so what does he have to lose?
Chosen answer: It was a combination of him being (1) shocked at the betrayal, and (2) trapped. Anakin trusts the man who he believes Palpatine is, and Dooku knows this. After everything that Dooku has done during the Clone Wars, it's highly unlikely that he could suddenly convince Anakin of the truth.
Question: How far down was Anakin's left arm cut off? His right arm was cut down to just the elbow.
Question: During the lightsaber duel on Mustafar, why does Anakin even bother to try to make the jump that he afterwards regretted? Couldn't he had just simply used the force to push the lava towards Obi-Wan, killing him, and then make the jump to safety?
Answer: Maybe, but he is overconfident and impulsive. He has also let rage blind him. Anakin is probably the better fighter of the two, but Obi-Wan kept his cool and analyzed as he fought while Anakin fought angrily and ultimately foolishly which left an opening for Obi-Wan to maim him. It's said in almost every episode of Star Wars not to let fear and anger cloud your judgement. Here are the results.
Question: With all of the technology in the "Star Wars" universe, could Padme and Anakin really not know that she was pregnant with twins? Even our real-life technology usually makes women aware of this before the pregnancy is half over.
Answer: The level of technology within the Star Wars franchise is never fully explained within the films; also, most of the technology depicted deals with non-medical applications. Padme was also trying to keep her pregnancy secret since Jedi were not allowed to marry or become parents at the time this film is set within the Star Wars canon, so it's likely she rarely, if ever, saw the SW equivalent of a doctor during her pregnancy.
Answer: Given that she gives birth at the end there is a 9 month time frame to work with. The pair could have easily seen a doctor and learned of the twins. Since it is not really the primary focus of this film we can pretty much assume anything.
Question: After Anakin is finished killing everyone in the Mustafar complex, there is a scene where he is outside on some sort of balcony, looking out at what appears to be an eclipse in the sky. I think this is intercut with Obi Wan visiting Padme and telling her about Anakin turning to the Dark Side and asking if she knows where he is. As Obi Wan leaves, with John Williams' highly emotional 'Anakin's Dark Deeds' score reaching it's climax, it cuts back to a very emotional looking Anakin, and as it pans in on his face, you see tears running down his cheeks. Why?
Answer: On the Blu Ray commentary, it is explained that this is to show that even at this stage, there is still good in him and the struggle and suffering raging within him as his conscience knows what he's doing is wrong. But he can't stop either, as he's convinced this is the only way he can save Padme from certain death - Palpatine has seduced and twisted his mind with promise of unlimited and great power including helping him discover the secret of Immortality only ever achieved by one Sith Lord previously, Palpatine's own master, Darth Plageius.
Answer: There's never a point during their time on that planet that depicts their he ever can't. He starts out hiding in Padme's ship and waiting for the opportunity to show himself. Shortly after they fight and ends when Obi-Wan leaves Anakin for dead and leaves. There's never a point that he can't sense him.
Question: Do clones have the option to choose whether or not to obey the Chancellor's orders? Because not all clones did - Captain Rex for example.
Answer: The Clone Wars series depicts the insertion of a biochip during the cloning process on Kamino - in Star Wars Rebels, Rex mentions he removed his own chip before Order 66. He was warned of their function by Fives after Tup's chip had malfunctioned.
Clone Wars season seven actually clarifies that Rex didn't remove his chip on his own, but was able to resist Order 66 long enough to tell Ahsoka to read his report on Fives, which allowed her to learn about the inhibitor chip and remove it from his head. Rex being able to resist it suggests that Wulffe may have also resisted it long enough for his to be removed, since he also seemed fairly close to his general.
Answer: According to the Star Wars Wookipedia, Obi-Wan was born in 57 BBY (Battle before Yavin) and Revenge of the Sith takes place in 19 BBY. This means Obi-Wan must be in this movie, aged 37 or 38.
Question: Does Vader sleep in his suit?
Answer: Darth Vader has a special chamber in which parts of the suit can be removed for comfort. When he is not in the chamber he must wear it at all times in order to survive.
Answer: Darth Vader does have his own personal chamber made to assist him with the equipment /suit he wears as well as, I'm sure, for resting/meditation purposes. Also keep in mind that Jedi/Sith, especially those trained to use the force (particularly those having mastered it), don't need the same sleep requirements regular folks need. They can "sleep" sitting straight up, on top of much harder elements and they can even "draw" energy from the force to help them stay awake. The expanded universe, via the books, gives more examples of Jedi/Sith sleeping or measures they take.
Answer: You're missing the point: Palpatine lied. He knew Vader would be more pliable if he believed he'd caused her death.
