Other mistake: At the beginning of the film, in Belfast, it's supposedly September 1992, but the tax disc on the silver car with the "flat tyre" says "9 94" (September 1994), meaning this is the expiry date. UK tax discs are valid for a maximum of one year, so even if the disc was bought that month, the earliest date when it could have been purchased would be September 1993.
The Devil's Own (1997)
1 other mistake
Directed by: Alan J. Pakula
Starring: Brad Pitt, Harrison Ford, Rubén Blades, Margaret Colin
Continuity mistake: In the beginning of the movie Frankie/Rory's (Brad Pitt) mother is serving the dinner. She gives them all dinner except herself, and then sits down. Then the father says the prayer, and when he does that you can see the whole table, and there is food on the mother's plate.
Rory: You're a stupid man, Mr. Burke. You only see me standing between you and your money. You're forgetting about the thousand men standing behind me. That's a mistake.
