Continuity mistake: In the scene where Sam is doing his Buster Keaton act, his tie is done up. When he jumps in his hat it's down, then when Benny is helping him up it's back up again.

After Benny violently evicts Sam, Sam and Joon decide to run away together. As they're leaving on the bus, Joon completely freaks out, and is taken to the hospital, where no one is allowed to see her. Benny and Sam team up to try and sneak in, and Benny finally gets to see Joon. He and Joon talk, and Joon decides she wants to live on her own, in an apartment in Ruthie's building. THe film closes with Joon and Sam making grilled cheese sandwiches in Joon's new apartment.

Question: What exactly is wrong with Joon? I don't think they mentioned it in the movie, but does anyone have a good guess?
Answer: Initially, I thought that she had PTSD after her parents died because she appeared to have watched the accident or been in the accident.
Answer: She had schizophrenia, she showed that with her paranoia when she accused Benny of cheating and hallucinations when she was getting upset with the voices in her head on the bus.
Answer: I would guess high functioning autistic. Similar to Rainman. Especially her being obsessive compulsive.
