The Texas Chainsaw Massacre

Upon hearing that vandals have desecrated a graveyard where her grandfather is buried, Sally recruits her boyfriend Jerry, her brother Franklyn, and her friends Pam and Kirk to investigate. On a side trip to the grandfather's deserted farm, the travellers pick up a slimy hitchhiker who cuts himself and slashes Franklyn. After arriving at the farm, Pam and Kirk search for an old swimming hole--Kirk hears a generator and believes he can find some gasoline. He enters the house hoping to find the owner. Unfortunately, this is the home of the hitchhiker, as well as Leatherface, who has some surprises for the travellers consisting of sledgehammers, chainsaws, and assorted cutlery.

Revealing mistake: After the crazy man cuts his own hand, he laughs and waves the knife. Watch carefully and you can see the hose behind the blade the blood came through. (00:13:40)

Question: In the trivia it says that the name Leatherface is only said once or twice. Well, I can't recall the name being used at all. What scenes were the name used?

Answer: The name "Leatherface" is used in the scene set in the hotel, and the waterfall scene. The grandmother says "leatherface" right after she says "Maryana, crank up the chain saw" in the waterfall scene. She actually says it in a whispering tone, so you have to turn the volume up to the max.

I think you're referring to either a remake or sequel. In this film (the original made in 1974), there is no living grandmother that speaks, scene set at a hotel, character named Maryana, or a waterfall scene.
