Continuity mistake: Tim is showing the Nanny's phone to the others. He plays the message from his parents, but does it tapping the bottom part of the touchscreen, while the media file and its "play" button as established in previous views, is at the top. Likewise, when he turns towards Jane asking "Do you want to be taken care of?" he is pointing at the bottom of the device, but in the reverse shot his finger is at the top. (00:43:30)
Continuity mistake: Look at the forehead of the hotel manager. Everytime he raises his eyebrows, you can see his prosthetic forehead piece.
Continuity mistake: A doctor comes into a patient's room. The door swings inward to the right, and it has a heavy lock on it. When she leaves she closes the door. It swings inward, but to the left, and it has no heavy lock. (00:04:10 - 00:08:25)
Continuity mistake: They travel without their helmets but when they are about to go underwater they magically appear.
Continuity mistake: Spoiler alert! At 20:54 Nile gets her throat sliced and it's on her left side, when she wakes up the bandage is in the centre of her throat. (00:20:54 - 00:22:35)
Suggested correction: You can see the majority of the cut is in the center of her throat. When her head was turned, her neck wasn't, so he didn't get much of the left side of her neck, but the bandage wraps around enough to cover the left side of her neck that did get cut.
Continuity mistake: David Spade just sat down with the prankster blind date. When she (kinda accurately) says "By the way, the age thing..." his hand in a blink goes from the table to the back of the couch. (00:02:20)
Continuity mistake: At the prom, Mara "spikes" the punch with a clear alcohol (tequila or vodka?) and the punch looks clear or a little cloudy/white. The punch is a pinkish color when Mara takes the bowl away and sits down. (01:19:45)
Continuity mistake: On the train, Margaret's hair had a distinct uneven, broken part (the middle section running parallel to the first and third lines), but her part was linear when she got to work. Also, in the hallway, some hair was raised near the back of her head in front views but not in rear views. (00:04:15 - 00:04:40)
Continuity mistake: When the Homeland Security guy is sitting in the lobby in Vancouver, Canada, a girl and another man are walking behind him and across the lobby in the wide shot. But when it zooms in on him, the same people and more are walking behind him again as if they never were crossing the lobby. (00:28:45)
Continuity mistake: Kareem's mom is talking to her coworker about the fact that her son asked for James to pick him up at school. When she mentions that it's not seen as the coolest thing to date a cop, and a white one at that, her friend goes from hand low, to smoking with that hand, to drinking from the cup, in the span of a few words and a couple quick cuts. Continuity mistake: During the introductory meeting with Nicole Kleiber, her glasses on the desk switch back and forth between open and folded. (00:26:20)
Continuity mistake: Chul-min gets the number 61 spray painted on his torso and back, at the compound. When the soldiers begin taking him to the shipping container to lock him in, the number 6 on his torso is smudged. A minute later, when the inmates begin going into the zombie pit, the 6 on his torso is no longer has the smudging shown earlier. (00:50:55 - 00:52:15)
Continuity mistake: Theodore rides once the tiny rollercoaster; the cart comes to a full stop and his left foot is in the space between the bars, but in the next shot the left foot is on the outside. (00:48:00)
Continuity mistake: The fragments from the truck's taillights that Cassie smashed with a tire iron were obviously "neatly rearranged" (and looked resized to be more uniform) before showing them after the man drove away. Cassie hit the outer sides of the rear taillights and fragments of various sizes scattered, so all would not settle close together along the bumper. One large fragment from the passenger side flew past Cassie behind the truck and landed about three or four feet away but was not there afterwards.
Continuity mistake: The view of the restaurant and other businesses along the same street are quite different when Pedro exits the restaurant compared to a little earlier when Emma brought Oak the guitar. Store fronts are not the same, the position of a garbage can changes, the restaurant has some outdoor tables and umbrellas, and there are brick borders around the trees and garbage cans. Continuity mistake: Take notice of the desk lamp as Charlie and Al are talking in Charlie's new office. As the camera switches back and forth between their face to face conversation, the green glass cover of the light keeps changing position too. This happens even after Al leaves. This was probably done to keep the light out of the camera during filming. (00:13:50)
Continuity mistake: Around the time Millie enters shop class, her teacher starts clapping, and he's facing forward towards the class. When it cuts to a closer shot, he's instantly turned partway and is looking at the student who just presented his project.
Continuity mistake: In the first shot of the choir (three students harmonizing on a note) the girl in pink holds the sheet with her left hand at the corner and the right hand in the middle. Cut to the wide shot, and she has the left hand in the middle and the right hand at its respective corner. (00:03:50)
