What They Saw in Southie High - S1-E2
Other mistake: Agent Rohr asks who the cold case is related to. A dossier is given to him and the front cover contains a photograph and the name "Kanicki, K". Agent Rohr says "Kelly Kanicki" but there was no indication of the full name, just the initial. (00:08:30 - 00:09:00)
The Happiness of All Mankind - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: When Legasov proposes to use Bio-robots, Scherbina pours 2 glasses of vodka. One glass is about 80% full, another 60%. However, when glasses are placed on the table, they appear to be both filled to 80%. (00:39:27)
Episode #1.1 - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: As Ricky Gervais walks by the school where his nephew is, a "chubby little ginger" shouts "pedo" at him. He stops and holds one of the bars of the railing, third from the pillar. In the close-up, you can count more bars than that, showing he is in a different position altogether. (00:07:00)
Character mistake: When Harlan Edwards collapses and Dr. Arcane tells them to clear his airway, one of the other doctors addresses her as "Dr. Cane."
Episode #1.7 - S1-E7
Factual error: When Marie is talking with her therapist, she talks about having just gone to see Zombieland. Given that the scene takes place in 2008 and Zombieland wasn't released in the US until October 2009, this simply is not possible.
Suggested correction: The series starts in 2008, but it's 3 years later. At the beginning, RoseMarie says Curtis was born February 3, 1981 and is 30 years old.
The therapy scenes are in 2008. It's only when the photographs of Marie are discovered that we see Marie 3 years later, in episode 8.
Plot hole: The captain's wife tells him that she's taking his daughter with her, not giving him a chance to even say goodbye. During the episode it turns out that she's angry because he missed lunch with them, and when the Metal Wu texts the boss, it also turns out that all this just happens at 1:11 AM! It does not make much sense: she waited over 12 hours to complain to her husband, and she's driving her kid in the middle of the night.
Other mistake: The extent to which the classmates wrapped Miles in cellophane with his hands folded in front of his groin would make it difficult, if not impossible, for Miles to get out of the lake alive on his own. Miles did not drown... or suffer any injuries.
Continuity mistake: When Vincent is showing the delivery man his basement to show him the wooden cube isn't there, the delivery man's ID tag is positioned so that the front side is facing outwards. In the next shot, the ID tag has suddenly flipped around. (00:11:20)
Revealing mistake: The main character gets into a short wrestling match on the landing of a star well. The bad guy fires a shot over the main character's shoulder, which should have hit the wall he was leaning against, but no damage is shown on the wall. (00:05:40)
Factual error: An FBI briefer is talking about the hijacking of a passenger airliner. He calls it Flight 6175. The airplane has 6175 stenciled on the nose. Those are usually the last four digits of the airplane serial number, used by maintenance and dispatchers to designate a particular aircraft. It is not the flight number of any given trip. (00:04:45)
Chapter Four: Housechilling Party - S1-E4
Revealing mistake: When Ryan's iPhone vibrates with a text message from his mom, the text message is timed 5 hours before the time on the lock screen. An immediate message would normally indicate the time received as "now." (00:06:45)
The Graveyard of What Might Be - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: When Vic drives up the driveway to her friend's house, she parks her bike next to a green belt, but the next shot shows her bike parked closer to the house, near a large bush.
Other mistake: The Zeds infect others through directly touching them. This rule extends to touching their clothes and backpacks, which makes no sense.
Continuity mistake: The Empire State Building is shown in white lights at 14.56 and 17.11 into the episode. The same night at 17.13, it is red, white, and blue.
Factual error: Deputy Chief Constable Ray Hayward wears two rows of oak leaves on his cap peak. DCCs only wear one row.
Pride Parade - S5-E3
Factual error: Nandor manages to fly up to space, then loses control and falls back to earth in a fireball as he reenters the atmosphere. But objects reentering the atmosphere only get hot because they're generally travelling at immense speeds, 7-12 kilometers per second. Nandor just floated straight up, then falls straight back down. When Felix Baumgartner parachuted from the edge of space his maximum speed was about 1,300 km/h, and he didn't catch fire.
Visible crew/equipment: When Michael Fay (1st Vampire ground zero) enters the cabin to escape the police, the film crew can be seen through the porch railing at the bottom right of the screen. (00:40:53 - 00:49:47)
Deliberate mistake: In the restaurant after their daughter finishes talking to Niko, Erik turns the tablet device around and sets it on the table to talk to Niko. From his perspective, he is looking down at the screen. But in the other shots from Niko's perspective, where he is a life sized hologram, his figure is shown looking up and meeting her eyes. But from her perspective it should look like he's looking down at the table.
