Continuity mistake: At the party, Suzanna Macon passes her tea cup and saucer to a servant twice.
Continuity mistake: As the two men are hauling the "nap pod" away, when the camera is on the employees, we watch the men turn the corner and leave the room. When it cuts back to the employees, the two men and nap pod are back in the room and pushing the pod around the corner again.
Continuity mistake: When Kevin and his wife are trying to find a person to live in their garage she grabs a folder out of his hands. Then she stands up and grabs it again.
O Hostage! My Hostage! - S1-E11
Continuity mistake: About 1/3 through the episode, Captain Cole is held hostage. As her captor lists his requirements, his hand switches positions between her shoulder and her elbow depending on the shot.
Continuity mistake: When Dmitri and the doctor first try to get Vanessa to feed on human blood, the blood bag keeps switching from full to half-empty from one shot to the next. (00:16:05)
Continuity mistake: When the Man in Black wakes up with a noose around his neck, there are only 4 distinct loops in the hangman's knot. A few seconds later, he cuts the rope and collapses to the ground, and there are now 6 distinct loops in the hangman's knot.
The Bottoms - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: When Leonard leaves to see his uncle, his hat is on backwards for 2 shots.
Continuity mistake: When Andrew and Ted are outside drinking beer, Andrew's beer bottle flips around in his hand between shots when he's sitting down.
Continuity mistake: The father of a teen girl murdered in CA receives a letter from a self-proclaimed psychic concerning the murder. He received it at his home in RI, but the letter is addressed to San Diego, CA. The address is shown twice. (00:08:00 - 00:14:00)
Continuity mistake: Christian is wearing a blue polo shirt, standing outside the luxury van in which Letty and Javier are being held captive. When he gets in the van, from that point on he is wearing a tan jacket over his shirt.

Continuity mistake: In "Solar Power Rover", when they open the gate to DSA, the lock switches sides.
Lost & Found - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: The way the shower curtain is draped over Todd's shoulder changes throughout the scene when he and Dirk are by the dumpster.
Continuity mistake: Russell is beat up by his neighbor and his mouth, cheek and chin are smeared with blood. In the next closeup, Russell only has blood on his upper lip and cheek, not on his chin, and then the blood is back on his mouth, cheek and chin. (00:29:00 - 00:30:00)
Continuity mistake: When Will tackles Andrew, his shirt is lifted up exposing a blue undershirt that's tucked in, which is also behind his gun. There's two shots of this, but in the next shot, right before Will punches Andrew, we don't see the undershirt.
Continuity mistake: When Toby/Kunta encounters the British army captain (after strangling the overseer) most of his whipping scars are centered down his middle back, with a few marks on his shoulders. When in the prior episode, the whip struck mostly his lower left backside.
Continuity mistake: During the green race near the end, steel cars keep changing the amount of dirt and position of the dirt between shots.
Continuity mistake: Archer is at various times described as chief superintendent (a rank which wasn't introduced until 1949), superintendent and inspector. Nobody, including him, seems to know what his actual rank is.

Continuity mistake: The characters are looking at the Ten Little Soldiers. When one of them (playing the role of Blore) is banging on the glass, you can see the hands of the mystery writer ("Lombard") leaning against the base. He's leaning on the top of the display case in the next shot. (00:22:10)
