Factual error: When Nancy shoots the creature the second time, she fires at least 8 shots from a 6-shot revolver without reloading. And that's assuming she reloaded after firing 3 shots at the creature the first time, even though the situation made it seem unlikely.
Factual error: The show starts in 1901 with a woman constable working for the Metropolitan Police Service (Scotland Yard). However women didn't join the Metropolitan Police until 1919 (which is also when the first woman's police uniform was created). Prior to that, women volunteered in the Women's Police Service, but that wasn't formed until 1914.
Continuity mistake: After destroying the piñata then getting on her knees to find contraband diamonds among the spilled candy, Angie does not have the striking stick in her hands. The next camera shot the pole is in her hands as she prepares to attack the cake.
Factual error: The building shown between the stated times is located in Japan instead of the US/Washington DC as suggested by the actions in the scene. This is proven by by the Chinese characters in the dark-gray concrete wall in the lower left side of the frame, as well as the red and blue colored circular road signs in the lower far right of the frame which are not in use in the US but in this combination unique to Japan. The street furniture, such as the road markings, the vegetation and the buildings also resemble Tokyo.
Continuity mistake: As the two men are hauling the "nap pod" away, when the camera is on the employees, we watch the men turn the corner and leave the room. When it cuts back to the employees, the two men and nap pod are back in the room and pushing the pod around the corner again.
Character mistake: After Ray Palmer says he's an Eagle Scout, he says to Leonard Snart, "be helpful to others, scout's motto." The Boy Scout's motto (including Eagle Scouts) is "Be Prepared." "To help others at all times" is part of the Scout's oath, but that's different than its motto and not something an Eagle Scout would mix up.
Factual error: "Underground" is set in 1857 Georgia, yet the padded baseball glove August Pullman gives to his son is of a type used during the early 20th century. Before 1883 when padded gloves were first manufactured, gloves were either not used by baseball players or railroad brakeman's gloves were used.
Other mistake: When Cobb starts to chase the red Dodge, there's a shot of him passing between two vehicles (and very distinct buildings in the background). When Murphy picks up the chase, this same shot is reused, showing her passing between the same two vehicles.
Continuity mistake: When the Man in Black wakes up with a noose around his neck, there are only 4 distinct loops in the hangman's knot. A few seconds later, he cuts the rope and collapses to the ground, and there are now 6 distinct loops in the hangman's knot.

Continuity mistake: A neighbor reminds Tom Diaz that several plastic balls and rubber balls are stuck in the rain gutter. Diaz looks up and sees eight balls in the gutter. Later, when Diaz accidentally backs his car into a post and dislodges the rain gutter, approximately 20 balls fall. In addition, several of the balls are shown rolling off the edge of the roof. They were obviously not in the gutter and instead were dropped by a stagehand.
Audio problem: When Father Keane is speaking with Mother Bernadette outside, when Mother Bernadette says "The gift doesn't reside in you or me", and "Where you coerce and compel, we use compassion, forgiveness, and patience", her lips do not match what she is saying.
Factual error: Almost all the people being shown skydiving have no experience doing it, but the instructor allows them to jump out of the plane unassisted after only giving a theoretic introduction into the subject. First time skydivers are always assisted in some fashion, usually through a tandem-jump or a parachute opened by a line attached to the plane.
