Factual error: In the yard scene when Dewey tries to change the switch, the throttle lever slips from idle to full power. This would not have been possible. Throttle levers are notched, and require significant force to move.

It is obviously AM because a few seconds later at 06:00:00, Frank wakes up as if it was morning. As Frank sits up, clear daylight is visible outside of the window. This scene is supposed to be set during winter. We know this because there are many Christmas decorations. Since this is meant to be winter, it should still be dark at that time of day. (00:00:40)
Suggested correction: At the beginning of the movie it's September or early October if latest in the year. At Cleveland's latitude there's enough sunlight at 6am to experience such lighting through a window facing south.
First, what in the film places the opening scene in Sept or Oct? There's too much snow on the ground for it to be either of those months (it doesn't snow in September and rarely in October, but only late October). Second, even if it was set in October, the sun doesn't rise until around 7:30AM or 8:00AM.
I disagree. I think what Bishop73 wrote above is correct. The opening scene at 6:00 AM showed daylight, which would be too early for October, November, and December in Ohio. The movie apparently begins in December based on the amount of Christmas decorations in the neighborhood. Sunrise might be between 7:30 - 8:00 AM and twilight is about 30 minutes prior to sunrise. It simply would not be that light out at 6:00 AM.
Factual error: Alice isn't superhuman in the scene of the Tower Swing. But at the rate she is falling, she would both hit the ground before the cable would be under tension, and even if the prison was high enough, it would probably shatter every bone in her shoulder when it does become tensioned. Factual error: At the start of the movie it said "NEW YORK CITY 2000", then went to a panoramic view of New York City minus the Twin Towers. Even though they stated the year was 2000 and they didn't go down until 2001.
Factual error: At the end of the first semifinal, as Cheng's gang gather to congratulate him, the events are being recorded for posterity by a photographer standing about 6 feet away, who, unfortunately is using at least a 200mm lens. I'm not sure he could even get Cheng's left eye into focus.
Factual error: The paramedics apply the neck collar to Kick Ass after he was hit by the car. The problem is he is already on the spinal board when it is applied. Neck collars are always applied before putting the patient on the spinal board, especially when head or neck injuries are suspected as would be the case in being struck by a car. Even if there were no witnesses to him being hit, paramedics would assume a neck/head injury if no one saw the incident. Also, the paramedic doesn't immobilize his head before applying the collar, and is far too rough in putting it on.
Factual error: In the hidden scene the car stops and you get a flash of the front of the car the New Mexico license plate is in focus (to show were they are). However in New Mexico they only issue you one plate to be used at the rear of the car.
Factual error: After the snake swallows the dagger - it is able to curve its body beyond that which having the dagger inside would allow.
Factual error: The construction of Hadrian's Wall as shown at the end of the film is not historically accurate. A wooden wall was constructed first with a deep ditch on either side. One of the ditches should be visible as the characters approach the wall but it is not. The stone wall shown being constructed was not added until later and then it was constructed in sections. It did not become a continuous stone wall until some years later. In addition, the stone wall shown is not wide enough. Hadrian's Wall is around 2 meters wide at the top and even today you can comfortably walk on top of it.
Factual error: Sam is driving through a tunnel and there are also other cars driving through it. However, there are two X signs displayed in the tunnel, which should indicate that the road has been closed off and that no-one should be driving through it. (00:06:00)

Factual error: Given the destruction from the nuclear blast threw the truck in the air, the rest of the surrounding area would also have experienced similar destruction. However when they are walking away from the truck to another town in a nearby field, there is no visible impact of what was a recent nuclear explosion anywhere to be seen.
Factual error: In a very early scene, just as the young girl is pulling a cellphone out of her vagina, if you look closely you can see that the "cellphone" she is holding is actually an iPod Nano 5th generation, which does not make phone calls. (00:04:20)
