What Happens in Albany, Stays in Albany - S1-E4
Factual error: The show takes place in 1994, but during scenes in the video store where Glen works, you can see several movies that came out after 1994. One example is Stepmom, which came out in 1998.
Continuity mistake: The scene set at Sarah's grave takes place in a hilly area with the house shown in the distance. Her surname is spelt Trevanian on the plaque on the gravestone. When Sarah's funeral was shown in Series 3, Episode 8 she was buried on a flat piece of ground near to the house. Every other time the family's surname is shown in print it is spelt Trevanion, including in the engraving on Sarah's coffin at her funeral. (00:16:35)

Plot hole: Carter is apparently just learning about Feynman's Day, which Allison explains as "Eureka's version of April Fool's Day." It's highly improbable that Carter could have lived in Eureka for five years and still be oblivious of this, especially given all of the hijinks that happen.
Continuity mistake: When Dr Jeremy Kates rushes into the ER when Frank crashes, he doesn't have surgical gloves, a moment later you see him draining fluid from his heart and he is wearing gray gloves.
Continuity mistake: When Whitney is laying in bed with Roy when she turns over, her hand goes from laying on her chest to laying on the pillow to back on her chest again.
Continuity mistake: Suzanne tells her family that she is being sexually harassed by her co-worker at the colonial theme park. Her son Jody then says, "Don't worry. When I get through with this Ben Franklin guy, he's definitely going to remember the Alamo." We, the viewers, know that Suzanne's co-worker plays the role of Benjamin Franklin, but she never mentioned that to her sons.
Continuity mistake: In episode 3, "How Billy Got His Groove Back", in the scene where Mick is meeting with Eduardo on the overpass Mick's sunglasses keep switching between being up on his nose to down on the tip of his nose to being off his face and back on again.
The Class Goes Trick-Or-Treating - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: When Cat is putting on her boots, she puts her right boot on. The camera cuts away and back, and she is putting on her right boot again but when it cuts away she is now putting her left foot down.
My Big Fat Sober Wedding - S2-E20
Continuity mistake: When Barb and Richard are at the bar discussing weddings, the bartender fills Barb's glass and takes the empty one away and then the shot changes and he does it again.
There Goes the Neighborhood - S2-E10
Continuity mistake: When Landry is talking to Tyra at the dance, her hair alternates between being behind her ear and not when the shot changes.
Matriarchy - S1-E23
Continuity mistake: When Justin gets on the escalator after saying goodbye he is standing next to a woman with a black blazer, then the shot changes to Kitty and Nora and when it changes back he is standing next to a woman in a blue shirt.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Nikki brings the freezer to Juniper Creek, the freezer is strapped with a wide yellow strap to a hand truck. She leaves the freezer in the middle of the road. The freezer is now free of the hand truck and yellow strap. She gets in her pick up truck and the freezer is shown in the road strapped to the hand truck. She then proceeds to run the freezer over, but it is no longer on the hand truck. The hand truck and yellow strap are no where to be seen.
Continuity mistake: When Dr Hanson is looking at the MRI results from himself the word "ANONYMOUS" is at his nose level on the screen, when the camera pulls back the word is in the lower right hand corner.
Tomorrow's So Far Away - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: At the end when Hannah is sitting talking to Caroline's headstone, when the shots change from filming her from the right to the left, the wind is different blowing her hair in one and not the other.
Continuity mistake: In the episode "The Fighting Irish", Jack's brother and father appear. Jack says "I haven't seen my father in 17 years." But throughout the rest of the series, it is mentioned many times that Jack's father ran away when Jack was little.
Factual error: Throughout the series, traffic in Pakistan is depicted driving on the right. In Pakistan, traffic drives on the left.
Continuity mistake: Guy of Gisbourne says to Robin Hood that he should lay down his weapons. Robin Hood throws his bow and sword on to the ground. He then gets thrown down the cliff, into the river. A few minutes later, when we get focused on him again, we see that the bow is lying in the river with him. (00:06:05 - 00:10:55)
And Then There Were Four - S2-E21
Continuity mistake: After the girls wake up unaffected by the full moon, Cleo asks them how she should wear her hair. Her hands are down when the camera faces her, then they are up when the camera faces the girls. (00:21:15)
Continuity mistake: When the bad guys create a roadblock with their 2 cars as Hopper drives his girlfriend to her mother's house, the cars stop with one on one side of the yellow line, and the other stops with the steering wheel over the line. The camera angle changes, and now both cars are neatly, evenly positioned, with their engines sitting over the line. (00:02:05)
Continuity mistake: At the start of the episode when Vinnie and Rocket search for Gabby's pet badger, after updating her, Vinnie goes back into his bedroom where Rocket is seen in the room pulling out a pirate's peg leg, Professor Q's "oscilloradioscope", and a baking soda volcano from behind his back. However, for about a frame, the other 2 items were also peg legs before turning into the respective item. His mouth also tilts between frames. (00:00:25)
