Revealing mistake: In the balcony in Havana, when Sonny and Isabella are talking about her old house, the shoreline view is not nearly similar to the real "Malecon" in Vedado, Havana.
Revealing mistake: When Vanessa comes out of the girls shower and walks to her locker, in the back shot you can quite clearly make out the strapless bra she is wearing under her towel. Also, when she lifts her arm up you can briefly see the black material under the towel.
Revealing mistake: In the scene where Shen is seen walking down the road as he tries to hitch a lift, you can see all the cars are driving on the right side of the road. However, in some background shots you can see the traffic moving on the left side of the road as it is supposed to in New Zealand where the film is shot.

Presumably the shot was to appear that it pulls away and drives off into traffic, but the car doesn't clear the camera before it stops. The car just pulls ahead about 30 feet and stops again.
Revealing mistake: In the opening scene as the characters play a game of hurling, a farm is visible in the background, at the foot of the mountain. The farm buildings near the farmhouse are much too large and modern to have been constructed in 1920's Ireland.

The shots cut back and forth between the reality of them shooting the video in front of a blue screen and what the video looks like with the effects. If Rhianna is wearing a blue shirt and is filming this on a blue screen, she would appear to have no body when no one is behind her.
Revealing mistake: There are several scenes (most notably when the group is ambushed at Mt. Suribachi) where the bayonets attached to the guns bend back and forth showing them to actually be rubber instead of metal.
Revealing mistake: Kate's birthday is July 10th. When she is (with long hair) outside on the patio with Alex, you can see their breath as they talk, and there is not a living thing in the back yard, it's all dormant (as in late fall/winter).
