Visible crew/equipment: After starting their four day journey through the long dark of Moria, a few shots later Gandalf pulls on his hat brim, and just as he walks (with Legolas close behind) to his left (towards the viewer's right), up some stairs, the black electrical cable leading from the staff to under the robe's left sleeve is visible. Visible crew/equipment: During the Quidditch match Harry's broomstick tries to shake him off, due to the spell. After Hermione tells Ron, "Leave it to me," in Harry's last close-up before he flips over, the seat that is attached to the broomstick, to make it more comfortable for Dan Radcliffe to sit on, is entirely visible. Visible crew/equipment: When the group is flying into the island, there's a shot of the plane flying in front of the cloud, and there's the obvious shadow of the helicopter that filmed that shot. (00:15:25)
Visible crew/equipment: When Gregorio slams on his brakes the car stops alongside the sidewalk, in front of the private school. In the next shot he calls out, "Juni, Juni!" as Juni stands by the open car door. First, a large boom mic and the reflector screen are wonderfully reflected in the car window, before he closes the door. Then when Juni closes the door, a car is reflected on the door, though it is impossible for it to be there since a gate, which is visible in the following shots, stands at the edge of the sidewalk on the car's left side. Some crew members, one of which is behind camera equipment and another holds the boom mic pole, are also reflected in Gregorio's door on the left. Then as Juni walks away, the boom mic moves back and forth in the reflection near Gregorio's face to pick up the actors' audio. (00:11:05)
Visible crew/equipment: When Blaine is on the hood of the convertible and he looks back and sees that no one is driving the car, the view hole for the person inside the seat who is actually driving the car is clearly visible. (01:04:20)
Visible crew/equipment: When the sheriff's daughter, Stacie, visits Pootie at the farm, she jumps and pushes him through a window. In the next shot you see him falling into the house, and you can clearly see a pad on his back.
Visible crew/equipment: When Ardeth, Rick and Evie arrive at the first city where Imhotep took their son, Evie is walking through the hall where she had the vision of fighting with Anuk-Sun-Amun in her previous life. As she's walking past/behind a column, you can see someone's head and shoulder poking out from the back side of the column. (01:14:57)
Visible crew/equipment: When the police are following the two kids to the old church, the first shot shows the kids driving but when the camera is slowly going to the cop car on the the door you can see equipment.
Visible crew/equipment: Just before Lara wakes up and finds the clock, she is dreaming that she is outside entering a tent. As she puts out her hand to push the tarpaulin aside to go in, you can see the outline of a string or wire pulling the tarpaulin to one side.
Visible crew/equipment: When Jay and SB are kicked off the bus and are bitching about it, a boom mic is reflected in the back window of the bus.
Visible crew/equipment: When the girl is killed in the toilet, the hand of the puppeteer holding the scorpion claw is visible.
Visible crew/equipment: When Jamal first visits Knolty's home, after he saves his life, shots switch between Jamal, Knolty, and the two together. The first time the shot switches to Jamal alone a crew member's arm is visible in the bushes behind and to the left of Jamal.
Visible crew/equipment: When Jimmy is first in his movie bubble, he turns the corner in his room and sees the stairs. As he turns the corner a crewmember's head is visible for a moment then he crouches.
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Joe goes to Buffalo Bob's house, as he is pulling up to the house you can see the shadow of the camera man in the passenger's seat.
Visible crew/equipment: Right after William gives Kate his armor to be repaired, the scene cuts to shot of the jousting arena and if you look at the first stand that appears from the right, you can see the camera covered by a black sheet, being pulled back by a camera man. (00:32:05)
