Visible crew/equipment: When Jimmy is first in his movie bubble, he turns the corner in his room and sees the stairs. As he turns the corner a crewmember's head is visible for a moment then he crouches.
Visible crew/equipment: In the first shot of the movie, a nun is wheeling Jimmy in a hard plastic bubble down the hallway. If you look at the bubble a camera is reflected in it. (00:00:35)
Revealing mistake: You can see the rigging that is used to lift the bus off the ground to allow it to do the side skid. (01:07:56)

Trivia: During the audio commentary, Jake Gyllenhaal actually spots some continuity mistakes, and points them out. The director then proceeds by telling him he's not doing the film any justice.
