Other mistake: When De Niro and Bridget Fonda are talking and trading hits off of bong, alone in the apartment, while they're talking there comes a pause where they both look at each other with their mouths closed, and you can here someone coughing in the background.
Other mistake: While fighting Mr. Freeze (and Bane) at the Gotham Observatory, Batman, Robin & Batgirl all have batsuits on, with silver bat (or robin) symbols on their chest. But while they are giving Alfred the cure to Stage 1 of McGregor's Syndrome, for some reason they have changed clothes before giving him the cure. Because now (other than the fact that they have all taken off their masks) Robin has on his original robin suit (with the red robin symbol across his chest) and Batgirl has on a gray t-shirt. Other mistake: On his own computer, Sean looks up his son's file, which states the boy died immediately and his date of death was September 9th, 1991. When Eve and Castor (as Sean Archer) are at the cemetery, the date of death on the headstone is September 24th, 1991. (00:21:15 - 01:14:50)
Other mistake: When they look at the negatives on the boat there is the typical holes at the top and bottom of the negative. Then they magnify a part within the picture. After they look at the magnified part, but the holes are still there.
Other mistake: When Jack Vincennes goes to the hotel to stop actor Matt Reynolds from sleeping with the DA, he finds Matt's dead body on the floor with his throat slit. In the closeup of Matt's face, you can clearly see the living actor's pulse in the left side of his throat. (01:14:20)

Other mistake: When one of the bad guys looks through the mail box slot, Alex sprays him in the eyes with black spray paint. Meaning the spray paint must have actually gone INTO his eyes, yet when he turns around, its only around the outer part of his eyes and nowhere in his eye balls.
Other mistake: When Jerry buys "The Catcher in the Rye," the cover is upside down. When facing the front cover, the spine of the book is on the right side, instead of the left.
Other mistake: When Ashley Judd is being chased by the killer she runs downstairs and hits her aquarium. In the first shot you see her turn her back and hit the aquarium, in the next shot you see her hit it with her shoulder.
Other mistake: When Kevin Spacey is lying on the carpet after having been killed by Jude Law's ghost, there is a very strange shadow visible to the left of the picture which looks as though it is someone standing there with their hands on their sides. There is nothing in the room to suggest that this is a shadow of a bust or a reflection of anything.
Other mistake: In a scene toward the end of the film the kidnappers argue over whether to feed the girl. One of them even says "Don't tell me to relax. You left her alone?" Later it is revealed that the two men never kidnapped anyone because it was a ruse cooked up by Max. (01:31:00)
Other mistake: In the scene where Sly and his female partner are using the speed gun, a speeding car drives past. The female cop is pointing the speed gun towards the sky and not at the car, so it would never give a reading. (00:19:30)
Other mistake: When Roper and McCall switch places in the tram scene, Roper steps up on the seat while McCall grabs the wheel. Despite the delay between Roper's foot leaving the gas pedal and McCall getting into the front seat, the car does not slow down. (00:57:20)
Other mistake: When the FBI arrive with Declan at Isabella's house, in the top down view there is a dog barking and running towards the incoming FBI vehicles as they park. This dog is only seen in this shot and then is never heard from or seen again - not running up excited, or holding back from fear, still barking. (00:32:05)
