Audio problem: When Corny introduces himself at the auto show, the audio is not in sync with his lips.
Audio problem: After Johnny escapes into the city, Ben returns home and starts to shout at Fred for letting him get out. Watch Freds mouth closely as he replies, some of the words he says back to Ben have been removed. Judging by his mouth movements, they appear to be swear words he is saying, and as the film is rated as PG, they were probably removed so they would not cause offence.
Audio problem: In the scene where Kalgan confronts third engineer Steve Godell on the catwalk, he laughs before saying the line: "third engineer Steve Godell?" The laugh begins while Kalgan is obscured by the set, and continues as he moves into the scene. As he steps from around the corner, you can see his mouth is closed and not moving at all, despite the fact that his laugh can still be heard for 3-4 seconds.
Audio problem: In the bar scene where the twins are dancing with the girls, keep an eye on the band in the back. The singer and the guitarist are not always singing and playing in time with the music. Most visible at the end of the scene, the music has the guitar playing a long riff and no vocals, yet the guitarist is barely moving, and the singer is singing with emotion.
Audio problem: When Melissa and Stacey go to the singles party at the health spa, they approach Jamie at the bar. Jamie states that the drinks are all made up of 98% mineral water just like your body. Melissa then says that if the drinks were anything like her body, they'd be made up of 98% ice cream. However that's obviously not what her mouth is saying. She appears to say Twinkies.
Audio problem: When the Kumite's history is being announced by the black dragon leader, just before the first fight, every word he says has been dubbed. Hardly any of his mouth movements match his words.
Audio problem: When Tess meets up with her boss toward the end at the helipad, notice that the helicopter engine sound is playing, but the props aren't turning. Helicopters blades always turn if the engines are running, just like an airplane.
Audio problem: Just after Hans addresses McClane by his name over the radio, we can hear Powell say, "Better get ahold of someone at dispatch," but his mouth movements don't match what we hear. (01:18:50)
