Audio problem: When Ernest pushes the cart with the passenger on it, he accidentally goes into the conveyor, Ernest says, "Have a nice day." When Ernest says this, his lips don't move when he says it.

Audio problem: When the drunk driver steals Les's Caddy his nerdy friend says you can't take this car and Les says "He took our car, we're gonna take his" but his mouth doesn't move at all.
Audio problem: When Adam, Barbara and Juno walk into the attic, Juno says "You should have been studying those lessons since day one." However, her lips never move.
Audio problem: When in the bar before being put in the cell, Dolph grabs a gun from an MP and starts shooting up the bar. The sound of gunfire starts a split-second before he starts shooting.
Audio problem: When Nada first sees the police helicopter, the only sound is a very muted whooshing of the blades. Any other time, the noises are normal.
Audio problem: Lady Westholme pushes the half-open door against Poirot twice. The door makes the same sound it does when it gets slammed shut later (twice). As stocky as Peter Ustinov is, he's not made of wood, and while obviously a door hitting a person would make a thud (I admit having tested it), it wouldn't make the kind of sound heard here. Audio problem: In the scenes inside to cabin where Angela keeps her victims you can hear flies, but there are no visible flies anywhere.
Audio problem: In the shot where Dodger dissolves his partnership with Oliver and jumps into a large concrete pipe which gets hoisted into the air, Oliver shouts "But wait," but his mouth makes no movement at all. (00:09:05)
