Continuity mistake: When Sinatra comes down to Esther Williams to serenade her by the pool, she has just been swimming. When she meets up with him by the tree she is dry as a bone. Even her swimsuit is dry.
Continuity mistake: When Jerry orders the baby woodpecker out of his home, you can see that Jerry's right foot is facing sideways but in the next shot it is now facing straight.
Continuity mistake: When the mouse (hidden in a vase) tiptoes on the table at the start of the short, the bread on the plate is initially pointing up, but in the next shot it is pointing down.
Continuity mistake: After Porky ties up the mailbag with Charlie Dog in it, he is holding the bag vertically, and puts the label "to Scotland" on it. When Porky goes in the house, Charlie is standing by the bag which is lying horizontally, and the label is affixed differently.
Continuity mistake: When the delivery man arrives to give a telegram, Bugs takes the telegram and he is holding it with both hands, but in a close-up of the telegram, Bugs is now holding it with one hand.
Continuity mistake: Before Elmer's two dogs shake hands on agreeing to catch Daffy, one of them draws a diagram which is a dotted line and a circle with a cross in it. After the two dogs run into a tree, they go back to their meeting point and this time the diagram is completely different to the one drawn before.
Continuity mistake: After Reginald Fox ties up the dog in the bag, his monocle is on his left eye, but when he answers the door in the next shot, the monocle is now on his right eye.
Continuity mistake: Throughout the cartoon, there are pieces of white paper underneath the pad on Porky's desk that keep disappearing and re-appearing between shots.
Continuity mistake: When we see "Grandpa's Folly" being 'scratched' in his starting box, the box has no door in front of it, but when we see the boxes at the start of the race in the next shot, a door has suddenly appeared.
Continuity mistake: When the three kittens Fluff, Muff, and Puff emerge from the bag that they drowned in, the bag is still on the ground, but in the next shot, it has disappeared.
Continuity mistake: When Tweety is running away from Sylvester, he hides in a tube of "Badminton Birds." When Sylvester comes around the corner, you can see there is a racquet next to the tube, but when we see Tweety coming out of the tube in the next shot, the racquet has disappeared.
Continuity mistake: When we first see the tree hut at the start of the cartoon, you can see there is nothing by the top left corner of the window, but when the camera pans in on the hut, a blue piece of paper has appeared.
Continuity mistake: After the ill-received Al Jolson impersonation, Milton Berle gets paid only 5 bucks instead of 50. He asks the manager "What are you doing, putting 45 in your own pocket?" as several not so reassuring individuals begin to crowd him. Notice a balding guy with a white shirt and pattern tie; he puffs out smoke as he arrives, but at the cut he is still chewing on his cigar and immediately blows smoke again.
